Description of Work: We really trust this person. He has always been honest with us and has done great work for us. I wished every repairperson was as competent as him.

Description of Work: The repairman was on time, had a good attitude being patient with our explanation. He realized the the problem was a short in the wiring and practically took the appliance apart before confirming that it would not be worth repairing if he found the problem at this point.

Description of Work: He diagnosed the problem to some extent over the phone and assuaged our concern that we might have to replace a refrigerator only 7 years old. But the experience also taught us that the Maytag name now means nothing as it is just used by various other companies whose reputation is not as good the original Maytag company. At any event, he came the same day and fixed the problem (replaced a motor that died prematurely) in about an hour at a quite reasonable price.

Description of Work: Very knowledgeable professional. Diagnosed and repaired my problem (my dryer quit heating) at a fraction of the cost a new unit would have cost. I don't mind paying someone who knows what he's doing to fix a problem, and he fixed my problem quite efficiently I admire good work, and his work was excellent.

Description of Work: Trinity Appliance responded quickly to our request to look at our dryer that was no longer heating properly. We called on Monday and they were at our house the next day assessing the situation and making the repair. The repair man was also kind enough to point out some maintenance tips for our washer which we did not specifically ask him to look at. We have used Trinity in the past for appliance repairs and we will continue to do so for future repair needs. Thank you!

Description of Work: My dishwasher is getting noisy and not working right. I called this company and Harry told me what the pumps would cost for my model and suggested that it would not be worth while repairing it; that it would cost as much to repair as to buy a new one. I appreciate his honesty since he could have made some money fixing the dishwasher.

Description of Work: Dryer was not heating. Repair man replaced burner, in the process he discovered that the duct work was flexible plastic not the kind to have for a dryer. He cleaned it out, but recommended that it be changed immediately as it would be a fire hazard.

Description of Work: On a Saturday, we realized that our dryer was not properly venting. I called the cell number for Trinity, and they were able to come out first thing Monday morning.

Description of Work: Replaced non-functioning ice maker. He evaluated, determined a replacement was needed, located and picked up replacement, and replaced it in one afternoon.

Description of Work: My dishwasher stopped working. Turns out an internal fuse had blown.

Description of Work: Refrigerator noise increased abruptly. Turned out that normal motor/compressor vibration had started a metal plate rattling. We placed some strip insulation between the motor and the plate, and the noise returned to normal.
