Description of Work: Nelson did an overhaul on my evaporative cooler, new legs and various other parts installed. He was prompt and pleasant. I'm happy with his work.

Description of Work: Nelson was a little late but once he got here things progressed nicely; he replaced the outside faucet as requested. He did a good job and was very professional.

Description of Work: Nelson has been out twice and he's great to work with. The first time was to hook up a new gas range. I needed the gas outlet brought up tot code and it turned out that the line had been cut in the wall. Nelson had to go under the house and put in a new pipe. He then hooked everything up and I was good to go. This cost $500 with the Angie's List coupon which seems fairly pricey, but I haven't had the need for a plumber otherwise since I've been in Albuquerque so I have no basis for comparison. | |The second time he came to snake a bathtub drain that has been plaguing my family since we moved in the house. He brought a 100 ft snake and cleared the problem despite that we'd snaked it ourselves (until our snake broke!) and couldn't permanently clear the problem. This cost us $144. We haven't had any problems since. | |Both times, Nelson has been prompt, or called to let me know he'd be there within 20 minutes. He's a nice guy, seems to work solo, and is very professional. I'll call him again if needed. | |

Description of Work: I have an old house that had several items that needed repairs (toliet valves, snake lines, AC maintenance, repairs, replace parts, etc). This included changing out original faucet fixtures that were solidified due to calcium deposits. Nelson was very responsive, coordinated times with my renters, texted and phoned me, gave me updates, and sent me receipts via email. Will have him come out in a few weeks to switch over to furnace.

Description of Work: Inspected and serviced my air conditioner. Seemed very thorough - and recommended that I purchase a washable filter, which I did. The filter price seemed high but I was told that it could be washed and reused so I would not have to purchase a new one every year. Because the unit is on the roof, I just had to take the technicians word for it. I have not had the unit serviced since so I do not know the long-term success of the filter. The technician, Nelson, seemed very professional.

Description of Work: Inspected furnace, cleaned furnace, and discussed replacement furnace. Nice guy. Very polite and informed on what he could do and offer.

Description of Work: The plumber/owner replaced valve stems and seats in one bath. In addition, he replaced 'washerless' seats in the shower stall. He had to exceed his time allotment to accomplish this latter 'job'. Everything is now is good working order. I'm satisfied with his work.
