Very professional job, he made sure everything was up to code.

Nelson showed up to my home on time as requested. We went over all that needed to be done at my home concerning my heating and air conditioning. He told me it would take a week to get an estimate back. I called him after a week, no response. I called him again today and he finally answered. He decided he did not want to do the work as he has scaled back his operation. While I can understand this may be the case, he could have told me that from the start OR responded sooner than 10 days with this decision. He didn't care one bit that he put me out by not providing an estimate or wasting my time from the start. I would not recommend this company to anyone knowing he is not resposive or reliable as to the services he is offering.

We had a leaky faucet. He found that the faucet was old and replaced a part inside. The repair only took about 15 minutes to do.

Would never return phone calls or emails.

T&C came out on the 22nd to perform a drain clean. While they were working I had ordered another service for them for the next day at a different address. When they completed their original service they charged me an additional 66.68. Since the next days service was going to be at another rental house and I was not going to be there in case there was another cost overrun I cancelled the service. I subsequently spoke to a Angie's list representative and was told I should not have been charged any additional monies.

Very professional worry. We have already used this company again, & will in the future.

Very expensive! If you need parts buy them befoehand. Also does not show that travel time is part of what the charges are. Won't use again.

Job went great. I can't remember the owner's name but he was right on time and everything is still in good order some months later. I would definitely use Town & Country again.

Per the notes on his invoice: "Master bath toilet doesn't flush properly. Attempting to clear an obstruction with a closet auger was unsucessesful so I pulled the toilet and augered from the bottom up. Didn't find any obstruction. The toilet is either plugged up from (?) buildup or defective from manufacture. Recommend replacement with an American Standard Cadet Pro 1.28 gpf, Right Height Toilet for $594.78 plus tax. Also re-install existing seat. Angie's list $49 deal 224223 credit -49.00 = $545.78." My wife was home at the time, and she neither has any idea about plumbing nor wants to, so she was all set to okay this deal. Not a bad bait and switch: $50 for $500, on a simple toilet plug. Luckily, I happened to call the guy for an update. Also luckily, and perhaps more astonising, the update was as follows (again from an actual invoice): "The new toilet wouldn't flush either. Pulled the new toilet and used a garden hose to run water in the drain. After awhile, the drain filled up and drained down slowly. Cleaned obstruction from the drain using power equipment. Reset the new toilet. Flushes perfectly." That's the point at which I happened to speak with Nelson on the phone. He presented all this to me, including the price, which just about made me fall over. I couldn't believe he wanted to charge me $500 for a toilet I didn't need and a relatively simple augering of my sewer line, for which I was supposed to be getting $49 off (and for which, as a result of the misleading wording of the coupon, I orginally thought I was only going to pay $49 total!). He asked if I wanted him to just put the old toilet back on. Yes, d*** right I did. When I got home, I saw the rest of the invoice: "As requested, removed the new toilet and re-installed the old toilet. Flushes perfectly. New bill as follows: Auger the toilet. Pull the old toilet and auger from the bottom. Clear obstruction from the drain using power equipment. Reset the old toilet. $332.50. Angie'slist $49 deal credit -$49.00 = $283.50 plus $19.85 tax = $303.35." So now I've got the same toilet I had before, and yes, it flushes, but I'm supposed to be out $300?! Ironically, I have some rental properties, and I've removed/replaced three toilets myself in the last year. The toilets costed less than $100, including the damned seats, and I got them done in about 20 minutes apiece, on average. It is not rocket science, nor does it take a genious to realize that this "Town and Country" outfit ought to be renamed "Arm and Leg."

Looked like routine job, until we went to power up system, AC would not start. Nelson spent additional time troubleshooting issue. Discovered burned out line transformer, had a replacement in his truck, did the repairs completed servicing and tested efficiency of cooling. Showed me the defective parts.The job initially would have taken an hour and half. But the additional troubleshooting and repairs took over three hours. Nelson performed the work to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend Town and Country for any plumbing and heating service.Clean, efficient, prompt and friendly. He explains the problem and solution so it's easy to understand.

Great....was timely and efficient. I asked if he felt there was any potential problems that he could determine. He said no and recommended that I perform std maintenance every two to three years to make sure burners stayed free from corrosion. Left area totally clean with no evidence he had been there. I observed the entire process and was totally satisfied with his work and reccommendations.

They did a great job. Punctual and courteous. Very pleasant guy and very professional. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs.

He worked efficiently and methodically. He analyzed each task before he did his work so that he did not do unnecessary or incorrect work. He was happy to move from project to project, even though they were all small. He had a large truck with many parts in it so he was ready for any kind of problem he might encounter.

Nelson was prompt and professional. He called the morning of the appointment to confirm and showed up right on time. He listened to my description of the problem. He offered to replace the non-leaking faucet cartridge as well as repair the leak on the hot water side. This made sense since the faucet hardware was over 10 years old. Nelson made the repairs and the faucet works fine now. As part of a promotion for first-time customers, I was only charged for the parts, hence the $35 bill. I believe Nelson is the company owner as well. I liked the idea of the guy who owns the company also doing the work.

Punctual and professional, felt that he knew what needed to be done and didn't suggest any additional work or parts needed. Price was very fair for the work involved.

Nelson is very thorough. This was a difficult job. Nelson has the knowledge to do these jobs, and stays with it until it is perfectly done. It is very nice to work directly with the owner of the company. I think that anyone having plumbing needs will find his work very satisfying. His pricing is a little high, but well worth it.

Unexpectedly had the gas shut off to my rental. Had to have multiple issues fixed before gas could be restored. Also had some water leaks that had shown up. Nelson showed up within 1 day and was able to fix all issues. Very thorough. Had a small issue with some of the work. I called and he was onsite within 1 hour to resolve.

I felt that Nelson, was very professional. Appeared to be reasonably priced. The clean up was exceptionally good !!
