He was knowledgeable, on time, did a good job etc. But for barely two hours work the labor was $400.00!!!!! I guess they charge $200.00 per hour which is way more than any plumber I've had. It was not after hours or an emergency. I was so stunned by the charges but I had not asked what the hourly rate was never thinking it could be so high. There were no other charges on the bill since I had bought the faucet and there were no breakdowns on the bill-just labor listed.

Plumber came a day early but was punctual as the the hour. After looking at the 2 flex lines that needed to be purchase for about $50 and the 1/2 ID tubing to be used for drainage at the cost of about $15, his bid came in at $973. So with Parts at $65 he's saying it's going to take him 9 hours to install a water softener. I would be very careful if you plan on using Town & Country Plumbing.

Called and the provider came out same day to replace faucet! He was very nice and cleaned up after himself!

Was available the same day i called, came the time he said he would and was done very quickly.

Only problem I had was that I was out of town and wasn't able to validate that the equipment was not working. I recently bought the house and was the first time the swamp cooler was used. I am not familiar with this equipment, so it is very feasible. I was happy to return home and find everything working.

Over all good experience. The installers were professional and got the job done quick.

Actually everything went fairly well. I did give approval for the additional changes; however, it would be best to sit down and go over the additional costs before the job is completed to prevent "sticker" shock.

We discussed the size of the house to select a cooler size, and Nelson felt we should upsize a bit from the last one. The last cooler was just sufficient, so I agreed with him. When they showed up there were a few extras that were needed -- like completely rewiring the controls. I wound up paying a bit more for that extra work than I expected, but it was not unfair at all. A few weeks after installation we had a minor issue with a leak through the vent and Nelson came out and addressed it. Overall I was very pleased with the speed of the response and installation and I would definitely call Town & Country again.

Use Angie's List coupon for replacement of my swamp cooler with 4000 cfm downdraft cooler for $1399.00. Coordinate a meeting time with Nelson and he was prompt and ready to go. After removing my old cooler, which is at least ten years old if not older, he showed me where the duct work was badly rusted away. Since the duct work had to be manufactured Nelson could not complete the work until the following day. Nelson return the next day at ~12:30 and spent until 7:00pm getting the new duct work, swamp cooler, and sillcock installed. The duct work and the sillcock installation was not part of the $1399 deal and the total cost of the project was ~ $2600. I believe the price to be fair for the amount of work performed and how professionally it was accomplished. Overall, very satisfied.

The plumber came in and showed me where the back up was. He even showed me how to fix it in the future without a plumber. I was very impressed with that!

He was very nice and professional. I had a fussy kitchen sink for about 6 months where the water would drain slowly. Eventually I called Town & Country and he did a very thorough job cleaning out the kitchen sink pipes. It took quite awhile for him to get the pipes cleared but he did a great job.

Very knowledgeable. Did the job quickly. The job cost more, because I had him also install a new drain pump and drain, so the swamp cooler would be easier on the roof.

Very well, they advised me of an issue with my damper and said we could fix that in the Spring, so the swamp cooler would work properly and not rust the heater.

He was early, professional, and did a great job.

Nelson came to my home and unclogged the kitchen sink as requested. He was prompt and even came the same day as I called which made life so much easier for me. Thank you Nelson! He worked quickly with no mess and cleaned everything up after the task was done leaving nothing behind. I would say that Nelson was most capable and professional. I will be calling him for plumbing problems in the future.

Had a clogged kitchen drain; I called Roto-rooter first; they quoted a price of $160 to unclog my kitchen sink. I thought that's way too much. I then went on Angie's list and looked up plumbers; I was lucky to find Town and Country because the posting included a promotional coupon and with the coupon my price was $85. Still costly just to unclog a kitchen drain, but that's a seventy five dollars difference. Sure I had to wait a day, but the service was prompt and courteous and I'd definitely recommend the company. I like to use providers who include coupons, and I'm pleased that Town and Country included one.

We were able to purchase a toilet and other supplies from the plumber. The angie's list coupon paid for the labor. I got a phone call since I am out of state to pay for the remaining balance with my credit card. I have called and left my phone number to speak in person. I didn't want to leave my credit card info on his answering machine. So I am waiting for a call to settle the bill. My grandchildren and family are happy with the new toilet.

Nelson Wingard provides a whole bunch of services in a timely and professional way for a great price. I would definitely use him in the future.

It went very well and that's why I think the provider deserves high marks on all things but price. This isn't a knock on the provider per say, but I purchases a deal via some advertised angies list deal. That price was not enough to cover the final cost of installation. I felt like I had to pay 2x what I originally thought was going to be 1x. Maybe the angie's list deals aren't all they are cracked up to be. I don't feel like purchasing a deal is worth it. It's better to just talk with a provider and get a final cost rather than something that looks like a bait and switch for cost (e.g. the deal was the bait, but the switch was the actual cost).

The job went well, Nelson was the person doing it. He showed up on time, a little early actually, and then started working. Ran the snake as far as he could, including a right angle to the bathroom. Everything drained fine afterwards. Recommended. Paid for using a special deal on Angies List, not sure what the full rate would be.
