Lawn desperately need power raking and aeration due to neglect. Also hoped to do some more extensive landscaping work. While figuring out what to do with the total scope, Lawn Rangers went ahead and took care of the raking and aeration without waiting for negotiations to complete. In the end the more extensive work had to be put on hold, but they held their price for the raking and aeration with no complaint.

I had two waterfalls put in last July. I turned my swamp cooler off last Fall and the waterfalls at the same time. When the waterfalls were turned on again this Spring they did not work. I contacted many companies to ask that they come out to look at the ponds. I made appointments with several but none showed up. Finally, I checked Angies List and contacted Marcus Argenta at Lawn Rangers. He told me when he could come and showed up at the exact time of the appointment. He started out by checking the most common problems first and very quickly had the waterfalls working. Because the falls had not worked for many months there was a lot of debris in them. I have a disability and am not able to clean out the ponds so Mr. Argenta told me he would send a team out to clean them out. He gave me a very reasonable price for the work the team will do. I am extremely pleased with Mr. Argenta's work and will definitely use Lawn Rangers for all of my future lawn needs.

They did a beautiful job. They were very conscientious! I had a couple of plants that died, and they came immediately & replaced them. They came out and helped me fixed my irrigation that they didn't even install.

I did not have a good professional experience with them. They gave me a price and when I said I wanted to delete a service from the estimate they wouldn't change the price and told me I should go some where else with our business. They were not up front and were misleading in their pricing. It was very unprofessional and I would not use or recommend them.

From my first call to the site visit and estimate from Marcus, these guys were excellent. The crew came out and did wonderful work each time! They were always responsive and scheduled around me. Marcus and his staff are kind, courteous, and the utmost professionals!

The individual who did the repairs was nice and was able to get the system operational. However, the original estimate apparently called for the work to take only 2 hours. After about 1 hour on the job the tech said he would have to come back another day because he had a bigger install job to get to and ours was going to take longer than the original estimate. We had to seriously complain about this and insist that he complete the work the same day even if it took longer. In the end he stayed about an hour longer than the original quote and got the system operational.

We waited all day from 7am to 7pm for the crew to arrive, in the end no one called or came to the house. We called the office and left a message for Marcus to get back to us and let us know what happened. He never responded. We called again the next day and spoke with the office to try and find out what happened. The office said they would contact the foreman that should have handled our job. They eventually responded saying that the job that crew was working on earlier the day we were scheduled ran longer than expected. When we asked why they couldn't have called us to reschedule or let us know why they were going to be late, they just said they didn't know. After this discussion they did offer to come over to do the work in two days, but we felt we waited long enough for the Rangers.

There were two workers doing the job. They showed up on time and finished the work in about 1 hour and 30 minutes. After I called them they were able to do the work for me 2 days later. I was impressed by that. Everyone else I called could not get to me for about 2 weeks. I was very happy with the price as well. I thought they did a wonderful job. They also took all of the weeds with them.

We are new to the desert southwest and do not know how to maintain the xeriscape plants here. Also, the previous tenant had not done anything to maintain the plants and trees. Lawn Rangers trimmed, pruned, cut the grass, edged the grass, and cleaned all the gravel of debris, plus removed all weeds. The supervisor let me know when they arrived, and did a walk through with me afterwards. He answered all of my questions about maintenance, types of plants, etc. I'm very pleased with their service, both in the office, and the crew.

The estimate was for the front (north) lawn, which was in very poor condition, to receive a double aeration but no power raking. This was because the large dead patches (due to a previous contractor contaminating the turf with fungus) would have come totally up like a rug if power raked. This was a good suggestion. The remainder of the lawn received one-pass of power rake and aerator. My wife was at home and said the workers were in a hurry. When I got home, I checked the work. Overall, it was good, but one part of the area that was supposed to have been double aerated appeared to have been missed. For the price, I would like to have seen a bit more attention to such details, but I am pleased in general.

Replacing the underground valve box was challenging, but Marc and his assistant did a good job. It took a little longer than anticipated, but the resulting repair works well. Since the assistant was in training, Marc did not charge us for all of the time expended. The new controller is much simpler to configure than the two old controllers it replaced. Marc ensured the 6 zones were set up in a logical order, which they were not before. One zone was not usable before, but now is, due to diagnosis and repair of defective heads. The only distractions from an otherwise outstanding job is that the valve lid is not level. It has a noticeable tilt. I have not had a chance to discuss this with the company yet. Perhaps they will be willing to return to level it.

THE OWNER IS VERY RESPONSIVE. HE ALWAYS CHECKS BACK TO SEE IF I NEED ANY ADDITIONAL WORK DONE. HIS PRICE IS ALSO REASONABLE. I WOULD REFER HIM TO OTHERS.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR OVER SIX YEARS, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB. WE HAVE A BEAUTIFUL LAWN BECAUSE THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF IT.

THEY DO SUCH AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON OUR YARD. IT LOOKS ABSOLUTELY GREAT. I NEVER LET ANYONE DO OUR YARD BUT THESE GUYS BECAUSE I REALLY TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE WAY THE LAWN LOOKS. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND NEVER MISS AN APPOINTMENT. THEY ARE VERY KIND AND ALWAYS MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS DONE TO MY LIKING.

THEY WERE AN HOUR LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT. THE WORK THEY DID WAS GOOD THOUGH. THE PEOPLE THERE REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND TAKE THE TIME TO DO THE JOB RIGHT.
