They were wonderful! They even went above and beyond and cleaned up my fallen leaves. Would highly recommend them and will work with them again.

Did the work as scheduled, left the site spotless. Followed up to deal with any issues.

First, they charged me for an estimate which, according to their website, was supposed to be free. Second, workmen broke a pipe which flooded area and which entailed much additional work for which I was charged. Third, they replaced my top soil (which they removed during excavation for valves) with fill dirt. When I complained because it was previously a flower bed, they responded by bringing 1 inch of compost to put on top. Owner did respond to my complaints by refunding my estimate charge, but overall I was not satisfied with their service and have gone elsewhere for additional irrigation needs. From the date of the initial estimate until the final invoice, it took a month.

Technician arrived on time; thoroughly inspected system; explained any issues with system and replaced damaged sprinkler heads. Overall a satisfying experience and will have them back as necessary.

The owner came out and I showed him where we saw the water leaking through the block wall. He told me it would be a routine service call. His guy came out on Friday and within 15 minutes he had found and repaired the leak. He then gave me some tips on different drip heads so I could get varying amount of water on different plants. Very helpful.

I called to set up an appointment for a quote on landscaping services. I asked roughly how long the quote would take and was told anywhere from 30-45 minutes. I explained to the receptionist that I was available at 9 AM Monday - Friday. She then went through their calendar and stated that she could have someone at my house at 9 AM sharp Monday 4/3. The receptionist then gathered my information: name, address, and phone number. Monday comes and I am ready to go by 8:15 just in case the company decided to arrive early. They did not. 9:00 rolls by; no call. 9:15; no call. By 9:30 I decided to call and spoke with an Amy. I told her that I had an appointment at 9 AM, but had not heard anything back yet. As soon as she heard that my appointment had been missed she switched from customer service mode to defensive, borderline rude mode. Immediately she said that she doesn't give out appointments for exact times only for ranges of time. I explained that I was told someone would be by at 9 AM and was not made aware of any sort of range in appointment time. I explained that I work in the late morning and would have requested an afternoon appointment if I was aware of a time range for appointments. She just said again that she never scheduled for exact times and that the person doing the quote would be there in the range I was given. At this point I was frustrated for having wasted my morning waiting and then getting attitude when attempting to reschedule. I then told her that I would be using the services of another company and to take me off of their schedule. She just asked for my name and said that I was off the schedule. Throughout the call I received no apologies or effort to attempt to retain my business. They lost about $4000 worth of work and I hope others don't have this same experience.

They gave me an estimate that I found acceptable. They came when they said they would and completed the work in one day. A couple of months later after I started using the new system regularly, I noticed a leak and a couple of other small issues they needed to fix. I made an appointment and they came. No questions, no problems in doing so. All fixed now to my satisfaction.

Eric (technician) diligently attempted to troubleshoot the problem. As part of the troubleshooting, he replaced parts in one of the sprinkler valves; however, the problem persisted. He also checked the back flow valves and ice was found in one of the valves. Consequently, the present thought is that there is ice in the water lines preventing sufficient water pressure. Since cold temperatures will continue through winter preventing ice thaw, it was recommended to wait until extended warmer temperatures return in late February/March to see if the water pressure problem resolves before performing any additional troubleshooting or potential unnecessary parts replacement. Appreciated the expertise and upfront nature of technician.

Very well. He asked at the end if there was anything else, gave me good advice on how to keep the yard up, and was very knowledgeable. Came back couple weeks later to winterize lawn. I will keep using him for regular upkeep again starting in spring.

It was difficult to get a callback from the company. So, I opted to go with another firm.

Workmanship generally very good. I was living out of town and Lawn Rangers was maintaining the lawn and landscape in my absence. It was always a pleasure to return to town to find everything in such good shape. Our only downside was that for a period of time the watering system failed and an entire portion of the lawn died and I had not been notified in time to take corrective action. I am sure that this would not have been an issue had I been living in the house.

They arrived close to the scheduled time, but always call to confirm. The sprinklers were repaired and replace and now they work again. We have used Lawn Rangers for sprinkler system repair on several occasions in the past year and they always know what they are doing and get the system up and running again as quickly as possible.

I contacted Marcel, the owner of Lawn Rangers through Angie's List after making some other inquiries. He called me back promptly and made an appointment to come over later that day, to which he arrived on time. Marcel is very professional and explained the services that Lawn Rangers supplies and gave me an approximate monthly bid, which I accepted. This was on a Thursday evening and I had a proposed contract on Monday. The contract had an area explaining the various services, so I got to choose exactly what I wanted done. I signed and returned the contract and work began the following Tuesday. On Tuesday, the team leader rang the bell to let me know they were there and what they were going to do that day. Ulysses was very friendly and the team did a great job. I know that on Tuesday mornings between eleven and one, that they will be here making my yard look beautiful!

My experience with them was good. I never saw the workers that came out because I wasn’t here. The quality of work was good. I went with them because I got them through a referral from a friend.

The Lawn Ranger, with his side-kick Tonto arrived on schedule, and performed the work in a timely manner, which included laborious digging in 90 deg heat to uncover some rusty pipes. He then reconnected the new system to my existing sprinklers and tested to make sure all zones were functioning by the timer control. The excavated hole was closed up and pavers replaced as before. All parts including a new brass ball valve were provided by his company. I did notice that there were several silver bullets contained in his holster belt, and as the mysterious masked man sped away to his next job I heard the all-familar cry of 'Hi-yo Silver! Away!".

The gentleman who came to the house was pleasant and he did work on the system, but he missed several sprinkler heads that are ether misaligned or broken.

We love our crew. They are great. They go out of their way to do special things for us and we have no complaints at all. We had an RV and so we had to have several trees and bushes kind of shaved so they didn't hit the RV and the height was a little more than they do but they did it. Little odds and ends like that. They have been around a long time and they are dependable. They do have sprinkler repairs and little emergencies you can call them and they have different people to come out.

The workers were on time and began work immediately. The owner worked with the men for a beautiful job all around. Any problems were addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. Friends and family have mentioned how nice my backyard looks now.i would recommend Lawn Rangers to anyone looking to improve or maintain their yard.

After calling several yard services and getting negative responses on lawn aeration, I called Marcus. We had used Lawn Rangers previously for lawn mowing so we felt confident in their work. They were very responsive and came as scheduled. The work was done properly and I do plan on using them in the future.

I am dissatisfied with the timeliness of the service provided. Estimates did not match invoice. I was verbally quoted $600 for a job that was cost $1100. Work wasn?t completed on first attempt. Had to come out a second time and the job took a week longer than expected. I was invoiced for services before job was completed while yard was a mess. I received a credit for inconvenience and miscommunication. Final invoice had miscalculated tax rate. Face to face or on the phone all parties were nice and sincere but unhappy with overall process.

They do the service with us every week.

Marcus and his team are the best. Our commercial property has never looked this good. The crew leader checks in with me weekly after the service is complete to inform me of anything out of line that he noticed and his plan of action of reporting it back to Marcus. If I ask for removal of dead plants, it is taken care during the next week's service. The irrigation tech has been great about communicating any problems with the equipment and the repair. Before our service started they were made aware of a possible broken valve and Dennis was out here looking at the situation before the contract was signed. He told me we were on the schedule for March and he was here fixing it!!! Great company. Reasonable prices and willingness to work with us to try to make it a win-win for everyone. If I had a yard at home, they would be taking care it.

This person was notified I would not be home at the scheduled time he was to be here, on 05/16,2013 at 10:00 AM. He did show at about 12:15 PM and looked over the fence for about a minute, went back to the truck and spent a few minutes doing something. I was inside looking at my cameras and observed his action. Today is 05/29/2013, two weeks later and I have yet to get to get a quote or any word to the fact he was here. Total time spent at my residence was approximately 6 minutes.

I called the Lawn Rangers to come and check my sprinklers . Two people came and they were so nice and courteous. They did a very good job . I was very satisfied with their work and I will certainly call them again when needed.

My experience has been mostly satisfactory. They're as good as any and better than most. Their prices are not only competitive but a little lower than what others quote. We've had many lawn services over the years, they just seem to work with us better and I think we get a better value. On a scale of 1 to 10; they're about an 8. They're not very good about getting back to us on stuff, that's where they fall down.
