Frustrating. I have limited time and energy to spend on these processes, like all of us.

The technician was prompt, friendly and fixed the issue within an hour. I recommended this company to my neighbor and she received the same prompt and friendly service.

They were not very good at showing up, they had to reschedule several times. I don't think I would recommend them just because of that.

Businesslike transaction but no options or choices. They insisted on once per week rather than once every other week and year round contract not just season.

They were wonderful. They worked quickly and professionally. Will hire them again. The yard looks great!

We only used them once, but they did a good job overall.

The Lawn Rangers came out and sprayed my front, side and back yard for the removal of weeds. They were excellent to work with and so far I am very happy being weed free!! I found it difficult to search for "weed killer" because in this industry that is not what they call it. The Lawn Rangers were great to work with. They explained why I was having difficulty and what the terminology was and they were just so friendly and easy to work with. I have recommended them to my friends via Facebook.

The sales guy informed me to call when they are in. When I called nobody answered my call. A couple of weeks later when I called them again, they called back and said that we’ll get the quote on the same day which is Friday, but it didn’t come till Monday. I don’t know why it takes so long. We did not get any work done, so I can only say about responsiveness. I will not use them in future.

When I heard their rates were readonable I called for an appointment. I was told their minimum was $250.00, unlike some of the satisfied users before me.

They did great work. They cleaned up up wonderfully and you would never know they were here. The price is good and they do good work. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were timely and they worked with my feedback. They were very thorough and super clean.

They are punctual, and very responsive to any particular requests that I have. The guys are always courteous, and do a good job getting the yard cleaned up. They come every week, the price is monthly. I have an annual contract.

It's a little early to tell how good they are, as I've only had them for a month.

The three men that did the work worked hard during 90 degree weather. They were anxious to please us with their work.

They are great. Despite the harsh winter my lawn emerged in the spring in good shape. In the 5+ years that I used them they only raised the rates once. The owner is very responsive and is the one who will call you back. They have a great company and their employees are all very happy.

I have used the Lawn Rangers for 4 years. Every fall they do a cleanup (trim trees and bushes, remove leaves, etc). I then have them out every spring for a weed control spray treatment. I have always been very happy with their work. The workmen are polite and professional. Marcus is usually there for the cleanup, but a technician does the spring spray treatment. I would highly recommend them if it wasn't so difficult to communicate with them. By the time they come out do the job, it's been a month since I initially contacted them. This spring we lost several bushes to the February freeze. Marcus did come out and take a look and said he could replace them and gave me an oral estimate. He was then to follow up with me about plant suggestions for replacements, but I never heard back from him. That was over a month ago, so I am having someone else replace the plants. You need to be persistent when trying to schedule them. I have to call them repeatedly to make sure they haven't forgotten about me.

Lawn Rangers originally did the work in April. Through no fault of their own the grass they received from their supplier was not up to expectations. I called them after a month, sent pictures and they made arrangements to completely redo the job. Their employees are professional and do a wonderful job cleaning up prior to leaving. My yard looks fantastic; I am very pleased and plan to use them in the future for annual maintenance on the yard.

Everything was excellent. They were very friendly and easy to work with. They understood what I wanted. You could tell they knew what they were doing by the nature of their questions and suggestions.

I spent about $150 on the job. I was satisfied with their service. They did good work. I cannot comment on their responsiveness and punctuality as the work was done quite a long time ago. I would use their services again in the future.

They did a wonderful job. When they left, you couldn't tell that anyone had been here--they even swept up the street before they left, I would definitely use them again.

The lady who answered the phone was very polite. However, they don't work with wallpaper, neither install nor remove. Seems like either Angies list or Lawn Rangers should remedy the miscategorization.

I would absolutely call Marcus for future work. I think he knows his business and is a very responsible business owner.

This was a very satisfying experience. Dale walked the property with me, I explained what I wanted to do, and he listened, was honest in his evaluation and did not try to sell me or talk me into more than I wanted. In fact, when I wanted to replace some bushes he talked me out of it! They gave me a start date of August 6th, but when another job got postponed, they fit me in at the end of July and completed the job exactly within the estimated time of one and one half days. Dennis and his crew were very professional and extremely knowledgeable.They were also very patient with all of my questions, being a novice at lawn care! The lawn has been installed over a month now and it has grown very nicely. My past experiences with another landscaper was the lawn turned brown within a week or so and never took root. This has not been the case with the sod installed by Lawn Rangers. They also installed a new butterfly bush which is doing well. I will use them again when it comes time for lawn cleanup next spring!

I called the day the estimate was to be done, and the estimate was still on. I talked to the person who was to do it. The person said they'd leave the estimate, if I couldn't be there. I called the company due to a recommendation from another company before I found it a couple of days later on Angie's List. I waited a couple of days and left a message when they didn't answer that I needed to get the estimate. No call to tell me the estimate hadn't been done (for whatever reason). The next day another man called me and identified himself, but I don't remember his name. His tone was angry. He said he knew the address, and there had been an estimate done 3 months before. I said that I had never received it. He then said it would be $2500 and 2 1/2 days and would take 2 people to do what I needed done because of the size of the property and the amount and size of the weeds. I said are you sure it would only take 2 people. He said he could put 10 people out there and do it in one day, but it would still be $2500. It sounded to me, from his tone, he was angry that I'd called back to ask for another estimate; perhaps feeling I was trying to see if I could get a lower quote. As I said, I hadn't received the first estimate, so I had no idea what his first quote had been. I presume it was the same $2500. However, the fact that I hadn't received the first estimate didn't seem to make any difference to him.
