Description of Work: I use for partial cleaning every 2 weeks. Cleaning is adequate but not outstanding. I dislike that there is not a contact person immediately available and it seems there is not a real contact person locally. I do receive calls back generally at the end of day, but it can be inconvenient.

Description of Work: Have used every two weeks for 10 years. Have become sloppy and inefficient. Missing small items I assume they broke and did not report. Can't tell they have been there at times. Overall disappointing. Used to be good now mediocre.
