Description of Work: The technicians didn't follow our instructions on labeling the system zones on two different trips which caused multiple problems with the alarm monitoring service.

Description of Work: The president of the company returned my e-mail very promptly and he scheduled a home alarm inspection quickly and at a time that worked for both me and my husband to be present. The technician was early to our appointment and he worked efficiently and explained how our original system worked. He also e-mailed me an owner's manual, as we bought the system with our new home. He also explained what we could expect when the alarm is triggered. We have accidentally set off the alarm two times and both times the alarm company has called within seconds. The people monitoring our system have been very professional and courteous.
