Came out ot my home to see if I could easily switch to their alarm monitoring service from my previous security company. Once it was determined that I could at no additional cost and technician came to my house to make sure the other company did not lock out my system, which would have cost an additional $75 for a new key pad. This was not necessarily. The technician reprogramed my system, tested all wiring and connections, reprogramed my key pad and explained how to use a few other features. This company charges a very low price for monthly monitoring. You can pay annually or quarterly only. It is a few dollars more to pay quarterly.

Our experience was quite good. The sales representative was very helpful in answering our questions and making recommendations, some of which lowered the overall cost. The installer was very professional. He listened to and understood what we wanted and implemented it to our satisfaction. The system has performed flawlessly since.

my home needed a security system...I called and made an appt for someone to come to my house for a quote...salesman was punctual and very helpful...he left me a written quote...once I decided on what features I needed I called and set up an appt for installation....crew of two men took 4 hours to install the system, clean up and show me how to use it....I have had to call twice with questions and the technicians have been very helpful...the company also faxed a certificate of alamr to my insurance company...

Made an appointment in the evening to accommodate my work schedule. Checked over the system, confirmed compatibility, replaced the backup battery at no charge while they were there. A few days later, the tech came and switched me over, checking and noting the different zones, which the initial installer had never done. He then took the time to explain some shortcuts and emergency procedures on the kepad, of which I was unaware. Very efficient and professional.

First I should say that I shopped around a bit, so when I tell you that TAS did an excellent job, I'm including how they compared to other companies in price, sales and service. I dealt with their sales person as well as an installer. Both were excellent. During the installation, one of my sliding glass doors was shattered. The company was put to the ultimate test, since I was leaving town in two hours. Zach handled it like a pro in every aspect. He called in a glass company and had my door in a better-than-before condition. I was able to leave on my trip without a hitch. I've never had an alarm system, and they taught me every step of the way.

When I called in an emergency situation, I was able to speak with a live person to take care of the emergency. We made an appointment. When they came out it turned out to be more involved than we thought so they called for more help. I was happy with their professionalism and their performance.

Very pleased with the abilities of the sales and installation personnel we had contact with. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Installers were very neat and paid attention to details. Work completed well within time they gave us as estimate.

The project went well. The only thing we didn't like is that if you want celluar monitoring, you have to buy their component and it only works with them.

We were happy with the installation. They seemed to do a very good job. There were no wires hanging out and they did not drill holes in my wall where I did not want them too. The monthly service is good. We never had any problems at all. No false alarms or anything. Everything has gone smoothly with them.

Their price is very reasonable, considering our system works great. They did everything I asked them to do. We have absolutely no complaints at all. I don't remember the exact cost for what they did.

I FEEL MUCH SAFER WITH THIS ALARM SYSTEM INSTALLED IN MY HOUSE. I THINK THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY EXPLAINED ALL THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF SYSTEMS WE COULD GET AND HELPED US PICK OUT THE BEST ONE FOR OUR HOUSE.
