We've been using them for 16 months. Their prices are reasonable. We switched from another company when we had a chance. We haven't had any problems. We would recommend them.

They responded so it worked beautifully. They called right away and it was a false alarm. We have radio alarms so it still works even if the phones aren't working. They are very professional. They did an assessment of our home when they first came to recommend what we needed to secure the home. They did a very good job with that and they were very professional. We felt that we got a very good operation system.

I’ve been using them for six or seven years. They are reliable and we haven’t had any problems with them. I pay my bill yearly; they’re reasonably priced. We have a remote that we use so we have never had to have the alarm. The response is done by the city police. They’re a good company and I wouldn’t change.

They do updates every couple of years if needed. They are very knowledgeable. If I have a problem, they take care of it right away.

TAS sent a very professional and educated sales rep when we asked for an estimate. It was immediately clear that this local company had excellent references for good reasons. Their knowledge of out area, their willingness to expedite a careful plan, observing some very particular requests, made us sign that day. We received a quick installation date and then a courtesy call the day before the installation to go over expectations and procedures. On the day of the installation, our service provider was prompt, well-spoken and very knowledgeable. We were quoted a time-frame for completion at 6 hours and he was through, including our training, in almost that exact amount of time. We are very happy with our choice.

We were extremely pleased with the TAS technician that showed up to do the conversion. We wanted to have the overhead garage doors added to the system if it could be done reasonably - as ADT had quoted us $800 plus to include them. The TAS technician 'found' that the overhead doors had a wiring loop installed, and that the garage service door had been prewired also - so for a total of $30 for additional contacts, we are now completely protected. Our technician was extremely proficient and knowledgeable in our type system. We would recommend TAS to everyone!

When an alarm goes off then we get a phone call within five or ten seconds. I haven't ever had a problem with the guys who came out. They know what they are doing. They sent me the technician's book so that I didn't have to pay for a service call.

I liked the the products they offered and the salesman's knowledge and promptness. I had a question after their visit, so I called. Their phone response and the technical expertise of the person who answered the phone was very good.

Outstanding service. I was on a short timeline so wanted to have a good system installed quickly and efficiently. The owner Marty came out and assessed what would work best and explained all details to me. Three days later Ryan came out installed the alarm system. He did a great job and explained operational details very simply. I was thrilled with the service Ii received and give them my highest recommendation.

They were very prompt in coming and setting up the system. We've had no problems with the system. When the alarm does goes off they are prompt to calling and making sure everything is okay. We will continue to use them.

To say things went smoothly is an understatement. I contacted the company and they answered all of my questions. When I said I was interested in switching they had a few questions for me. Once I got the answers for them they told me they could monitor our system with now problem and we made an appointment for a technician to come by and do the work. The technician called the day before the appointment to verify he would be here the next day. On the day of the appointment he called to see if it would be okay to come 30 minutes early (now there is a first). We said okay and he arrived and did the work in less than an hour. They waived the switch over fee and we paid for a full year of service in advance. We are very pleased.

Excellent. They were very helpful. Explain each service, pros and cons so we could decide what additional items to purchase. I like the monitoring. When we had new windows installed they came and installed all new window sensors, ensuring each one worked. Including adding sensors to the dual hung windows where we didn't have them before.

They were a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time, they were knowledgeable and the work was performed in a professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't be more pleased with my new alarm system. I feel I got an excellent job for a reasonable price.

The job was completed in a single day. Both installers were very professional-- the one worked through his lunch period and the 2nd one showed up for the afternoon-- and they both vacuumed up the minor bits of drywall dust around the various installation sites. The salesman was very helpful, no sales pressure (which I appreciate), explaining everything before we agreed to purchase and then showing up after the job to be sure we were satisfied & to give us a 2nd run through of any features we weren't sure of. We've been living with the system now for about 3 weeks & haven't had any problems of any sort.

Installer and owner came on time for the appointment. They went over the work order, received our agreement and proceeded to install the alarm. They finished when they said and demonstrated the use of the alarm. Very professional.

TAS did a very good job bringing our system back online. Once that was done they trained us on the use of our system and how to use it in conjunction with thewir monitoring service. They did a very good job with the install and the monthly montitoring service is very competitive and very good.

We were very pleased with their services. They came out and gave us an estimate and when they came back, the installation went smoothly and went according to the estimate. We added all the window sensors on the spot and they were able to do that and in that were the calls trap of course. We thought that their services were very good and the calls were competitive and their alarm monitoring services were probably cheaper than most. The alarm monitoring is approximately $20 a month when we pay for a year. Our overall experience so far has been good. The reason why we are saying so far is because we haven't had any long period of time to evaluate them.
