When Mario arrived for estimate He was 30 minutes late for the appointment time we had. He smelled of alcohol and his appearance was less than professional. He said that he would give us an estimate. I had to call his office I had to calll his office three times before I actually got the estimate This was not a good experience

Mario has repaired drywall for us on two occasions. He has always done a fantastic job -- the work is very high quality and he is very professional. We recommend him to others and will continue to call him for our drywall repair needs.

I contacted Super Mario for an estimate and left a message . I heard back from them the next day. We promptly scheduled the estimate and I was contacted to change our arranged time and Mario was a little late however once Mario got there he listened to what I needed and asked questions to know exactly what I wanted done. I received the estimate via e-mail the next day and called to schedule the job and left a message. My phone call was returned the next day with two dates and times for the work to be done. I phoned back to confirm the date and time and left my message. Mario's workers showed up on time and were very friendly. They completed the job right away, cleaned up after themselves and let me inspect their work to ensure I was satisfied. Their work was excellent and the texture blended in nicely with the existing texture and the floating to the hardie backer was also excellent. The water damaged part was done so that you could not tell it was ever there. The ultimate test was when I painted because that's when you can tell if the texture matched. It was as if the shower was never changed. Super Job!!

Workers arrived and began work right away. They covered everything, put up plastic sheets in kitchen covering all appliances and counters. They did the work quickly and did a great job of matching textures perfectly. They were friendly and professional. They left the house as clean as before they began work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I was able to schedule a very convenient estimate time. Mario arrived on time and took no notes. After several days, I emailed asking for the quote. It was very high ($1600), which was 33% higher than my other bid. I assume he didn't want the job. I wish he would have just told me.

Mario came to my house on time. He and his crew went right to work. I had just removed my curtain rods and was having blinds put in within two hours. He did the repair, cleaned up the mess and they departed. But before he departed, the All About Blinds installer observed Mario's quality of work and they exchanged professional business cards. So if another business professional sees quality work, that proves that I am not biased.

Theye wre quick to look at the job and provide a quote. The quote was ridiculously high and they refused to breakdown the costs. We later agrred to less work and approximately half the cost. Once in the home working they hustled me repeatedly to jack up the price. Additionally, they did not follow explicit written instructions and were generally arguementative hence performing an inferior finished job. It felt like I was being hustled at a beach resort. At one point they accused me of being bigotted toward Mexican small business owners. The day after the work was completed they called me at least 5 time wanting the balance which had already been deposited into their online account. Overall, they were not "Super" in any regard and for a 12 year old company I am surprised they are still in business.

Very professional. Job was perfect. Ceiling looked like new. Would definitely use him again without reservation!!

I really wanted to give Super Mario high marks because Mario is very nice, eager to please and cares a lot about his customer. Mario does excellent work, especially on drywall. His wife, Angela, manages his appointments and is consistent through email communication. She is very patient and personable. Unfortunately, Mario had a spine issue that was causing him great pain and requiring surgery so he had to rely on his assistants to help him. One assistant became so unreliable, Mario, hired a different person. During the 5-6 weeks it took to do the job one problem after another emerged that were NOT Mario's fault. (ie: A second leak, unable to purchase the same tile, etc.) However, in a situation where there was one complication after another, the frustration level was exacerbated because Mario and/or his assistants consistently showed up late and sometimes not at all. Sometimes they would call to let me know or reschedule but usually not. We had to reschedule more times than I consider professional which is why I couldn't give as high ratings as I would have liked to. Would we use Mario again? I can't make up my mind about that. I clicked 'no' because I had to make a choice of either 'yes' or 'no' and am probably leaning towards 'no'. The reason it is difficult to write him off, though, is because: ·-- his work IS excellent ·--he was very apologetic for the lack of punctuality ·--and he brought us some delicious tamales (I think that's what they were...I'd never had one before. I know, how can I live in NM and not have had a tamale????) He is a very nice guy & maintained his friendly demeanor even though the nature of the job was a very frustrating one for him as well as us. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt because he was experiencing severe health problems during the job which I believe have been resolved. If punctuality and dependability are not issues for you and congeniality & excellent workmanship are all it takes to make you happy, I would recommend Super Mario.

Good response from office. Made inspection. emailed quote. See date. One hour late but office called to notify me. Used drapes and covers, etc. to protect furniture and carpets. Had a very nice assistant. Cleaned up perfectly when finished.

He was prompt and personable. We have used this company twice and always with good results.

Mario was personable, but the price was painful. I had an Angie's list deal for a half day of work. It required ~ a day of work and the second half day of work was $590. I should have gotten an estimate for the second half of work prior to having the work done.

Had a leak in the roof and the drywall was severely damaged. They replaced the drywall and put a very thin film of plaster over. Would not use again.

Mario came out and within the next day performed the work. Repaired all the cracks and re-textured everything to a perfect match. Even fixed a couple of small areas that was not on the original statement of work. My house looks new again, Thanks Mario!

Mario did a great job, from the large ceiling repair to the smaller ones. He was very responsive to our questions and requests. He is friendly, takes great pride in his work and is insistent that you are satisfied and happy with the results. He did such an excellent job that you cannot tell that any repairs were made, and we would certainly hire him again for any drywall work.

It went fast - they were in and out in one day and did a beautiful job.

Mario came out for an estimate and I decided to use their company and redeemed the Angie's list coupon. I had the work done much later (as I was waiting for a heavy rain to see if the leaky roof and window repairs (done by other companies) were good). On the day of the appointment, Mario and an assistant came out and worked very efficiently. The repairs look great. They cleaned everything before they left. They were pleasant and professional. (Calls and emails to set up the appointments were also promptly answered.) I would use their company again.

Overall the process couldn't have been better. Clearly a professional organization that will go over and above to assure the customer is happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mario came out and provided an estimate the same day I called. I asked him to look at the three walls damaged by the plumbing leak, and also another one unrelated to that issue. He provided me an estimate the next day (Friday). I then had him re-do the estimate to include just the water damage, since I was submitting an insurance claim. He got that done the same day, and came out the next day (Saturday) and for the entire job finished. Everything looks great. He had to work around some knobs and pipes in the garage, and fitted everything in very nicely. I was completely satisfied.

They really made the repair blend in to the wall. (also replaced 2 wine coolers that were quite heavy). Mario and his son were both very nice and professional.

Super Mario is definately "Super" at his profession. Very responsive to all communications, and provided excellent quality repair with texture matching the existing walls. Very satisfied and would use him again.

Mario explained upon arriving that the job was really a much more expensive job than what was covered in the $99. deal, and I agreed on paying double the amount of the deal. The work was completed to my satisfaction, but in retrospect, I felt the terms of the deal should have been honored, as the work was completed in the amount of time specified in the deal as advertised. Mario was pleasant and friendly.
