Description of Work: He did a wonderful job fixing what a not so "handy man" did when replacing my tub. He was professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up after. The one issue was he was late the last day. I would use him again.

Description of Work: There were cracks in the ceiling over my patio. They came the same day he gave me the estimate, scraped old cracking paint from the ceiling, retaped and painted the drywall. They were efficient, careful, and cleaned up after themselves. They also patched a place where an inside wall had a deep grudge, including painting to match the surrounding wall surface. I woulld recommend Super Mario and use him again if needed.

Description of Work: Called left message ask to call back. Approximately 5 hrs later got a call back. took 3 days to set an appt Returned early on .Monday so we could meet. Appt was at 1. No show, called left message. At 2 they called and said he was on his way. Really? The numbskulls expected me to wait for over one hr in hopes that they would show up ???? No call, no nothing, no apology. Do not use their service- horrible !!!!!!!

Higher price than I expected to pay, however the repair work was professionally and quickly done, and the paint job over the repaired wall was matched perfectly. Mario was courteous and professional and cleaned up the work area and left the room very clean.

Description of Work: The have done some major drywall repairs for wall and ceiling. The work is perfection and worth the cost. Mario does very good work, and his office staff is very personnel and pleasent to deal with.

Description of Work: Mario came to re-stucco a portion of our home. He was very professional, always on time and very responsive. He did an excellent job matching the new stucco to the existing color, even coming back and doing an extra coat to make sure the color was just right. He was easy to work with and priced very competitively with the other estimates that I got.

Description of Work: Mario patched and resurfaced walls in most of the rooms of a 1450 sq ft house that I was reconditioning. He and his assistant did an excellent job, just as he has done on two jobs for me in the past. Mario does consistently excellent work.

Description of Work: I had water damage from the roof in a number of rooms, affecting ceilings and walls. Mario and his crew replaced drywall where needed and retextured and painted the walls and ceilings. The other quote I received was quite a bit higher, because the contractor wanted to replace lots of drywall and insulation. Mario instead cut away samples to determine if replacement was actually necessary or if repairing the surfaces was sufficient. Although there was dust throughout the house - you can't avoid that with sanding walls - the crew was careful to protect as much of the furnishings as possible with drop cloths. They cleaned up at the end of each day, so we were able to get back to normal life as much as possible. The crew was courteous and responsive to my requests. My only complaint was that after the first day I was never sure when they would return. Mario wasn't very attentive to phone calls and would promise to be here on a certain day and not show up or call. Aside from that little glitch, I was totally satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: I hired this contractor. His inspection was too fast, and incomplete. I had to point out additional areas that needed replacing or patching. I would not use this contractor again. I would not recommend him.
