They kept me advised of their progress and what they were doing! I shopped around and Sunshine gave me the best value! I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: It went splendid! Called on 11/18/15 and talked to Trevor. Technician, Casey, arrived approx. 30 min later and provided all options and pricing information. We agreed he would return next day after 8 am to begin work. Casey arrived Thursday at approx. 8 am and began work. Casey finished his job and tested the system and left my house at approx. 11 am. These are all the details. Unfortunately if I add coments at this point, readers will get the false impression that somehow I am affiliated with the company or know Casey personally. I assure neither is the case. I simply want to give credit where it is due. I am retired from working in the utilities field for about 45 years and over those years have had the opportunity to work with and assist many craftsmen mainly plumbers and pipefitters. Casey is without a doubt the BEST I've seen. He is a bright young man with an enormous future I'm sure.

Description of Work: We've had Sunshine plumbing for several different services, including replacing water heaters and repairing leaks. They have been very professional and helpful. The cost was reasonable.

Description of Work: September 2014 - I am on a service contract with them. Most recently, they shut down my AC unit for the season.

Description of Work: Replaced Furnace, HW Heater and A/C unit. |Everything went great. The professional team showed up when they said, removed the old material installed the new equipment and had it functioning with a minimal amount of interference. Clean, accurate - they did what they said they would do and that is what matters to me.

Description of Work: Called Sunshine based on friend's referral because fan on air conditioning stopped running. Employee Louis did come out following day. He warned me that despite living in a brand new house for two and one half years air conditioning coils full of cat hair and filter in great need of expensive maintenance to avoid having to replace the entire air conditioning system. Told me my family's health at bad risk for breathing in polluted air. Told me builder put in cheap filter and because had not been cleaned coils full of cat hair and other pollutants. He determined this by going into garage and putting his hand into coil. He alarmed me about the terrible quality of the air my family was breathing. He did not open or check unfiltered vents on ceilings which let air conditioned air in to see if those vents were dirty. Told me uv light (original cost of extra $1000) would help resolve problem in future. He did not even notice second filter in master bedroom. He did not tell me that only cleaning out the one filter he did notice would result in the fan coming back on and the air conditioning going back on and being fully functioning. Because I foolishly trusted him (I even asked him if he was Christian and if his faith was important to him, and he said it was) and he continuously warned me about the danger to my family's health as well as to potential damage to the entire air conditioning system, I agreed to his strong recommendations and warnings that the two year old ducts be cleaned and the uv light be installed. I am 66 and I told him I had no experience with sn air conditioning system before buying this house. After telling hiim the day of the duct cleaning not to put in the $1000 uv light, he reduced the cost to $500 which should have made me realize it was way overpriced in the first place. Louis came out for me to sign the contract. He appeared to be very nervous. Two other workers came out and cleaned the ducts and put in the light. I have since then spoken to other ac people and friends familiar with air conditioning systems. I have learned that it is etremely improbable that a new house would need such extensive duct cleaning. I have also received information from other professionals that the filter should have been just cleaned. i believe that Louis, the Sunshine employee, preyed on my fears for my family's safety in breathing polluted air and potential damage to the entire ac system to get me to pay an exhorbitant and unnecessary amount. I will never trust another person again to tell me what is best for me, my family, or my house. I will never trust anyone who says he is religious as any measure of his honesty. I feel stupid for throwing away $1600 for believing something pitched with scare tactics to me without doing my own research. Told Louis that would have to borrow money to do the work. Made it clear it was not something I could afford.

Description of Work: My mother (who is 77) poured a rather larger pot of stew down her disposal and clogged her kitchen sink. I tried to unclog the sink using all the tricks but it was severely stopped up. We called Sunshine plumbing and they were very prompt, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I will definitely call them again if (when) I need plumbing services again.

The Installation was professional and the work sites were clean and vented and appropiately inspected by the cityl Vents are attractive and meet all city codes. My bill for natural gas has been significantly reduced. All paperwork for appropriatae Federal tax incentives were provided to me for filing with the IRS.
