This company was on their way to a job when an employee -- who did not speak English and may not even have a license -- drove a company van through my property and knocked over two trees and clipped a third. Another employee in the van at the time named Antonio came to my door after the incident and provided me with the company business card and the personal cell phone number for the owner, Joseph Santangelo, telling me to contact him so he could make the situation right. I did the following day, and he deeply apologized and asked me to provide him with an invoice for removing and replacing the downed trees. I did, and Mr. Santangelo apolgoized again, promised to pay the invoice, and simply disappeared. The owner simply does not keep his word, and his employees could have very easily killed someone with the way they were driving at the time. Avoid at all costs.

TRUE PROFESSIONALS on whom I have counted over the years. From the first visit to discuss strategies to cool the house to the several communications with the office staff to the installation of the two Mitsubishi ductless air conditioners, SUNSHINE shone once again. Cordial, competent, careful, and comprehensive in all respects. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We have used Sunshine in the past for remolding updates and an AC conversion, their quotes are always very competitive. It's their work that stands above all the others. Josh was the most knowledgable supervisor that has ever given us an estimate. He informed us of everything that needed to be done and exactly what to expect. They always arrive on time and they called before their arival to confirm their visit, Highly Professional!!! More recently they sent Damien over to install a Whole House Water Filtration System from scratch, complete with bi-pass valves. Damien had previously done an excellent job converting our cooktop from electric to gas so I was familiar with his work, but this time he outdid himself and the filtration system turned out great. Neat and clean work necessary to create a complex system that blends seamlessly in the corner of the garage, I'm very pleased. We wouldn't use any other company for my plumbing and heating needs, period!

The price was actually pretty good but they changed for mileage because they're far.

Great! Serviceman was very friendly and professional. He showed up right on time and completed the job in no time at all. We will definitely use Sunshine Plumbing again whenever the need arises.

Exceptionally well. Trevor was a star in every way. Hourly charge is pretty standard, but Sunshine has a $65 flat fee added.

Tech came for les then 15 minutes, He didn't test anything as far a where the leak was coming from, Mind you I was more then willing to pay for services. I asked several time to the " plumber Shane" he assessed the issues and " he thinks" its a couple of things, I received a quote for potentially the reason why I have a leak BUT again he wasn't sure , another response after I emailed several time He responded back with " well it might be the shower head" But still wasn't sure. He didn't turn the water on a test and the issue, he was in and out. This is the Worst company. Never got a follow up and call back to see if I was interested or had questions Very disappointed and will never call this company again. I will blast and review all over social media because they didn't not take care of a potential customer..... I would like to speak the the owner as well to let him know this is unprofessional. No follow up, No call back to see if we wanted to proceed and No call Email response to get this all figured out. VERY NOT HAPPY. Worst company with no customer service. I don't recommend them to any first time customers..... I want a call back about this review or else I will call and blast over social media in every way possible.

Excellent! Shane and his crew were fantastic! No hidden fees or problems. Came by when they said they would. Completed the job in one day. Re-pave and all.

The only thing I paid for was the initial call that determined that I probably needed a new water softener.

The appointment was for 8 AM today and by 8:30 no one had appeared. I got a phone call that the technician was on his way and I had been told that Damien would be here at 8 AM...I was told it was Mike that was coming and that the schedule got switched this morning and Damien was sent some where else and he could be rescheduled to come later in the day. My door bell rang, Mike was on my doorstep with phone to ear...I opened up and started to talk to him and he turned around, ignored me and walked to his truck, got in and left .I then got a call from a second woman at the business and she said Damien was off on personal leave and would not be back until mid week. I asked why I was not told the truth on the first phone call and she ignored me. She said she would send someone out here the first of the week and I told her to forget it!!!!!! This company had been highly recommended to me by two people, one was another plumber and one was a realtor. I will not recommend them to anyone nor will I never call them again!

I'm very disappointed that the issue of the system only working for AC and not heating and that the issue was never resolved in spite of multiple contacts with the company. Evidently, they did not install large enough units to do the job. Additionally, all of the lines on the roof had to later be insulated and sun-protected later by another company for an additional @ $1500.

Geno, the tech from Sunshine Plumbing and Heating did a great job. He figured out the problem before he even started working on our furnace. He got the job done quickly and now we have heat!

It went splendid! Called on 11/18/15 and talked to Trevor. Technician, Casey, arrived approx. 30 min later and provided all options and pricing information. We agreed he would return next day after 8 am to begin work. Casey arrived Thursday at approx. 8 am and began work. Casey finished his job and tested the system and left my house at approx. 11 am. These are all the details. Unfortunately if I add coments at this point, readers will get the false impression that somehow I am affiliated with the company or know Casey personally. I assure neither is the case. I simply want to give credit where it is due. I am retired from working in the utilities field for about 45 years and over those years have had the opportunity to work with and assist many craftsmen mainly plumbers and pipefitters. Casey is without a doubt the BEST I've seen. He is a bright young man with an enormous future I'm sure.

The technician diagnosed the problem (for $75) and gave me a quote of an additional $560 to get it running. He did not have the required part in stock and said that he would contact me by COB the next day. At the same time, he said that my system needed more work than the $560. He did not have the experience to quote the extra work and said that he would call me back the next day to have the "master plumber" quote it. Well he did not call the next day with the information. I called twice the day after and left 2 messages for a return call After not hearing back from them, I decided to have another plumber fix the problem (1 week later), as the weather made it necessary to heat my house. I still have not had a return phone call.

They came out, they said they could do the job and they gave me a quote. They came out to do the job and then we didn't schedule enough time and then they had to come back again and they came back again. They ended up saying the exact same thing again, so I ended up not using them. I contacted them to do the work but they just never did it. They are inexpensive. The quote was really good but their scheduling process is disorganized.

They did good, but there was a failure in communication between the office and the workers. They came and did a nice job. The price was fair.

The installer, Casey, showed up on time. He was friendly and very professional. Overall, he did a great job.

They asked if I was a repeat customer and I said yes. About 45 seconds later the lady came back and told me they wanted $59.00 to come out and give me and estimate to install 2 faucets! I called several plumbers and not one of them said they needed to come over and give me an estimate for a fee! My next projects in the next 4 months will not be with Sunshine Plumbing if that's how they treat their repeat customers.

It was very very reasonable. The quickness and they gave me like a family and friends and they were out just like I said, within the hour. They also do something special, they always call you by name. They're very polite.

Sunshine installed a new radiant heat boiler for us in Dec 2011. Since then we experienced intermittent problems when the boiler ignited to begin heating. The technician couldn't pin down the issue but he worked out a preventative maintenance procedure that managed it. Two years later, a couple weeks ago, the technician happened to meet a representative from the boiler manufacturer who was visiting the area. The technician took the initiative to approach the rep and describe the issue. The rep recognized the description immediately and authorized the replacement of the unit under warranty. The replacement unit was shipped in and installed yesterday. I am very impressed that the Sunshine technician remembered the issue after all this time and took the initiative to continue pursuing an answer. A+ for his professionalism.

Three people came to do the work and it took a day to complete. They are prompt, honest and I didn't feel that they were charging me for things I didn't need. They left the area very clean.

Appreciate Sunshine's owner contacting me and offering to go above and beyond what I asked for to resolve my complaints.

Sunshine was on-time and efficient. As always they were friendly and professional. We will not hesitate to hire them again.

They were able to schedule us quickly when others could not get us in and they called to confirm appt times and to let me know when the tech was running a bit behind due to another job. They checked to make sure the new time would work and he arrived on time. He quickly assessed the problem and his repair estimate was right on. He did an excellent job. Service and price were great!

I had to cancel it because I needed it for the swamp cooler and they do air conditioning. They were very unresponsive. I had to contact them more than twice. I never got callbacks to schedule. I finally spoke with one of the people there. They lost a $20,000 job because the receptionist didn't give them the information. I tried a few months later and still didn't get a response. I won't use them.
