Description of Work: I did loads of research before choosing Strahle to supply, fabricate and install our 3 gorgeous soapstone countertops. It wasn't just that the price was substantially better than all other bids, but customer service went above and beyond what you would ever expect. |Michael listened to all our concerns and design ideas, and gave great advice that was right in line with our concept. He took us into their well stocked yard and I saw the slab I wanted before he even pointed it out as the one he thought would best fit our image. |Michael couldn't have been more professional, knowledgeable and indulgent, great qualities when you are obsessing over such a big investment for your home. |Jacob and Mario came up to Los Alamos for the installation, battling a wicked snow storm that I was sure would cause a delay. They did a great job (also above and beyond), were professional and personable. |After many years as a purchasing director in NY, I'm pretty exhaustive about finding the best deal. That doesn't just mean the lowest price. Strahle covered all the bases ... knowing their field, listening to their customer, and providing great products and services for a competitive price. |I recommend them with absolutely NO reservations. |

Description of Work: Created and installed Granite countertops. Job was well done. they were willing to use my sink (purchased on Amazon Prime), as it was lower cost and better quality than their basic sink models. Installation took a little longer than expected (1.5 days instead of 1 day). Finish and joints were very good. Good communication leading up to installation. Excellent price if used in-stock granite, which we did. Measurements and fit were well done, and prototyped new laser system for accurate fitup.

Description of Work: Strahle did a very good job in all respects in installing a new granite countertop. I would use them again absolutely.I am very pleased. The only non-A I rated was for several days when they didn't return my calls. Every other aspect of their work was exceptional in my opinion.

Description of Work: We had a misunderstanding as to when our countertop would be installed. I believe I requested installation on or about June 1, but Strahle insists that wasn't so and let me believe we would get the install on June 1. Just before June 1, we met and he let me know it would be July 6 and acted incredulous that we had reserved June 1. | |Otherwise the work was of good quality and in the mid-range of quotes we obtained. The installers were courteous and friendly, made sure we had a good installation, and cleaned up satisfactorily.

Description of Work: Replaced laminate countertops in my kitchen with quartz. Changed the top-mounted sink to under-mounted, with a very difficult cut for the sink. They did a very good job, and Mike Fico made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. They had to come back to do some touchups, and I am delighted with my new countertops.

Description of Work: Lots of communication back and forth, never felt like a nuisance with all the questions. Initial measure was done at a time convenient for me! Chose a beautiful granite. Install was done in one day, plumbing in one more. Very professional, polite, easy to work with.
