Really well. I picked out a remnant from their "boneyard." They fabricated the granite to specifications, delivered and installed.

From product selection to final installation, the service was as expected-pure quality. I readily admit that I am selective, value cleanliness, precision and friendliness in a provider. At installation caution was taken at every pivotal step to bring product to it's destination, avoid any scratches on floors, walls or corners, etc. throughout my home. When the installation required grinding, plastic drapes and closed doors worked to reduce if not eliminate resulting dust. If all providers' delivery could match my experiences with Strahle, it would be a stellar world. Should you believe my review? Strahle has installed marble, quartz and other stone throughout my home over the years. In my opinion, Strahle truly delivers.

Michael Fico was most helpful in planning and very knowledgeable about stones, slabs and helping us choose. I couldn't be happier!! His crew was great and left the work area cleaner than when they had arrived - very much appreciated!!

We had to select a granite fabricator from a list of about 25 companies that Arizona Tile recommended. Just by chance we called them first and Michael Fico was available. He was so responsive. They gave us a competitive price and their schedule worked with ours. I now have the most beautiful granite countertops in my kitchen and bathrooms. Their meticulous work assured a perfect installation, a beautiful outcome and a very happy customer!

They did an excellent job. Completed the entire job in three days. We are very pleased with the work they did. Would highly recommend them.

It went so well that we are having them do additional work for us! Everyone was professional, punctual, and the workmanship was exceptional! Michael was very helpful in guiding us through the process. The install prep team was very responsive to our requests for layout changes to capture the dramatic portion of the granite. The installation team was punctual, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They took great pride in their work! Highly recommended!!

It went very well. They measured the area for the counter tops about 2 weeks prior to delivering and installing the new granite counter tops. All of the employees were very cordial and professional. We would not hesitate to use Strahle again nor hesitate to recommend them. We got estimates from about 5 different installers, but with the Angie's List Deal, we saved a considerable amount of money.

They were on time, 10% discount with being an AL member. Very happy.

One meeting to select the granite was missed and had to be rescheduled. Not sure who's mistake but in the end it really didn't factor into the rating. There was a good selection of granite to choose from. The installers were about an hour late - they got lost. Understandable as our house isn't the easiest to find and cell service is spotty. Once they arrived they got right to work removing the old countertop which they did without damaging the tile backsplash. The kitchen is on the second floor but the two of them were able to carry the granite up without a problem. They were winded and took a short break after each section. They did a good job cleaning up before they left. Everyone at Strahle Tille & Granite we dealt with was helpful and professional.

They were an A. I will use them in the future.

Staff came to my home and removed old countertops then replaced them with granite which I selected at their store location. I was pleased with the granite especially since my previous counter was not granite. The staff made some, what I considered as minor mistakes like breaking the kitchen counter top. However they promptly went back to the shop and built another one. They were very thorough with the installation and cleanup. Mr. Strahle was in constant contact with me the entire time. This was well worth the money. I have no regrets.

Contacted Strahle, went to work shop and got samples of stone included in the Big Deal. Unfortunately, an unexpected hospitalization of my husband, and a totally unexpected tax bite has caused us to put the project on hold. Strahle was nice enough to say they would honor the big deal price through the end of the year.

Everyone was very helpful and positive and we ended up with beautiful kitchen counter tops.

I spoke with Robert the day before yesterday, and he stated there were reasons why they were unresponsive and didn't receive my message with my order number. I appreciated him calling me and straightening everything out. He was very professional and nice to speak with.

This company was highly recommended by someone I know. The estimate appointment took about 2 hours, after that I was guessing it would take a couple of days to get back to me. It took 3(!) weeks to get an estimate, and only after I made a call to inquire, even though we specified exact type of granite and tile we wanted to use beforehand. The estimate was way higher then we thought as well. When I was trying to negotiate the price I was told that I should go with a cheaper tile. Guess what-- I went with a different contractor who was prompt, responsive and willing to negotiate and now enjoying my new granite countertops and beautiful Italian tile floors. I am giving an F for responsiveness and price, no ratings for quality.

This was an Angie's Big Deal. We added some extra footage and sink cutout. Overall pretty good; the salesman made a small mistake in figuring the original bid, but they promptly corrected it when we remeasured. We ordered a beveled edge finish, and it got delivered with ogee edge, a more expensive edge. We took it and they did not charge the extra; ogee is a little fancier but we thought the beveled would have gone better with the house style. Everything fit as it was supposed to and the installation crew was polite, excellent and professional. We have plaster walls, which are always slightly uneven, and the tops arrived scribed and cut to conform to the waviness of the abutting walls. We have done granite tops before with 2 other providers. The edge finish on this one was not quite as good as our best, but quite a bit better than one of the other providers. On this one, if you run your fingers on the ogee edge you can feel a slight waviness caused by bit chatter in the milling process, though it is not really visible. The small bevel around the sink cutouts (undermount sinks) is pretty good but if you look closely it is not quite exactly of even width throughout. Again it is not really visible or noticeable unless you get down and look very closely. So it is just a bit short of excellent, but it is pretty d*** good. Overall we are pleased. I am pretty particular, but am old enough and experienced enough to know that nothing is ever quite without some small glitches, and these were minor indeed.

The quality of the countertops, fit and installation met all of our expectations. We are pleased with everything that related to the materials and installation. I would recommend Strahle Tile & Granite without reservation, but explore all of the "deals" or offers included on their web site as well as any offer on Angie's List to make sure you get the offer that suits you best. Any glitches?--- only one---we also bought a 60/40 sink from Strahle that was surrposed to be 2" shallower on the right sink, but the sink installed was the same depth both sides; however, this was a small issue.

It was one of the best construction experance's I have ever had. They were detailed from the beginning to the completing.

We are very happy with the job. We used Strahle a couple years ago for a kitchen granite countertop and floor tile. We would use them again and recommend their services to others. Michael Fico is very easy to work with.

Rafael, Francisco & Luis did an excellent job. They were methodical, precise, and diligent. The installation was probably one of the most difficult since 2 different size tiles were used and laid in a pattern to mimic hardwood flooring. In addition, we did not have a tile baseboard installed and the guys were required to cut the tile so it abutted the walls perfectly. Everyone that has seen the finished product is in awe of its beauty and the quality of work.

The young men arrived in the morning and worked hard most of the day. My counter tops are beautiful. They did an excellent and professional job.

Installation went very smoothly - I was questioned about my preferences which is appreciated. Work done in the period allotted.

I'm taking estimates to replace the existing kitchen laminate counter top with quartz and install a new back splash. I've already chosen the quartz counter top and back splash tiles from a local supplier and have related this information to the other companies that have provided estimates. I called Strahle the week before to arrange the appointment and it was set for Monday at 10:30 AM. No one showed at 10:30, no phone call. I called the company at approx. 12 noon, no one answered the phone. I called again around 1 PM and spoke with a representative. They stated they had written my house number down wrong (and supposedly driven around my area trying to find my house) and had also lost my phone number so they couldn't contact me. An appointment was made for 4 PM that same day, and the representative was prompt. I provided my email address for the estimate to be sent to. The in-house appointment was on Apr 28 - today is May 9th and I still haven't received the estimate or a phone call. With what has happened, I'm definitely not calling them. Obviously, my job is not important or too small for them and they don't have the customer focus to at least offer me the consideration of a "thanks, but no thanks". So, my rating reflects the lack of customer focus.

Was very pleased with all phases of the project. They came back several weeks after completion to take care of a plumbing problem associated with the installation of the new kitchen sink.

Michael Fico was the sales representative. He was knowledgeable and professional. Strahle Tile installed new granite countertops in our kitchen and the installers arrived on time, did an excellent job with the installation and cleaned up well after the install. We were so pleased that we contacted Mr. Fico to have the tile backsplash installed by Strahle as well. Their tile installer, Francisco, did a wonderful job. During the tile installation my dog had an accident and I had to rush her to the vet. I felt comfortable leaving Francisco to complete the job while I had to leave. Strahle Tile is my go to place for tile and countertops. I will use them again when we remodel our bathrooms.
