he estimate they gave was fair and the service they gave was exactly what we wanted and needed. The men did a great job removing the old roof and putting on the new one. We only needed the roof done on the famiily room and they did not push us to do more. I would give them 5 stars on the job.

Workmen arrived at scheduled hour, rapidly and efficiently did work, and cleaned up work area promptly and thoroughly. All were very pleasant and professional. Primary contact (owner's son) was very knowledgeable and obviously enthusiastic about work and desirous of ensuring customer's satisfaction.

The young man came out and said that it was not leaking through our roof it was coming from a window. He was very truthful in telling me this because that is not the type of work that he does. I was very impressed with his attitude and knowledge.

Called one day, they showed up within hours for the estimate. They invited me to come up on the roof as they did the initial inspection and talked about what they thought the condition of the roof was, etc. They gave me a written estimate and said they could do the work the next day. They were there on time the next morning and had the job done within 2 hours. I paid them and they gave me a receipt indicating that the fee was paid in full. Within a week, I received a warranty on the work done, good for one year.

Their business phone was not working when I called, so she called me on her cell phone. She said that they do not travel to Santa Fe, but she couldn't have been nicer and more helpful on the phone.

They were awesome. They cleaned up that they didn't need to clean up. They did a great job. They left the place better than it was to begin with. I have no leaks, so it worked. They were very courteous. The price was good because I got three quotes, and they were good. The quality was excellent. We did get the appointment; but they fixed it.

They did a damn good job. When it finally rained my roof didn't leak. I thought the price was really reasonable. When and if I get my whole roof redone, I will use them.

Very well, they started looking for the leak and first they thought they were done but after we tested for leaks they realized the probelm was someplace else. They found the leak and fixed no more issues. Great job

The work was excellent. The son of the owner took quite a bit of time to explain the problem. They came on time and did the work on time. He went out of his way to tell me that the tiles that our roof is made of are not manufactured any more and they were extremely careful with them; they didn't just toss them off the roof. They brought them down the ladder and told me to store them in case I ever had a problem with my roof again. I thought that was nice. We are extremely satisfied with what they did. They did a neat job and the asphalt shingles they picked out match the tiles perfectly. It was a first rate job. We had the kid give us some cards and we have passed them out and recommended them to people if they ever need a roofing job. We got some other bids and they were competitive with the other people. We had put in a new swamp cooler and he even painted the pipes to match. He actually took a piece of the tile over to the store to have it matched. He didn't have to do that but that was the kind of detail to attention that they did. We have a 7-year guarantee and I’m sure if there was a problem he would come right over to fix it.

I had a leak in my roof and was concerned lest we have rain. I called Stop Leak and made an appointment for an estimate for Friday, Dec 3rd. I received the completed estimate by email that same evening and appointed them for Tuesday, Dec 7th. The work was done on time and when I returned from work I was not even sure that it had been performed since there was no single trace of any debris at all. I am delighted. To top it all off, we had rain the following week and snow, and not a drop indoors. Fantastic - I have never been so impressed with a company before.

The crew was on time at 8:30, left at 2:30 after clean up. They tookk time to explain the process. They were very friendly but professional. They did a very good job - we now need rain to test the final product!

They arrived an hour late, but were at work at once, a father and son team. Very professional, friendly, and respectful. They had everything they needed (no trips to the hardware store), made sure to tell me what they were doing in detail, and checked the job at the end by running water over the previously leaky areas. They cleaned up our courtyard, where debris had fallen during their job. They were quick, efficient, courteous, and effective! They pointed out areas where the previous roofer (the one who put up the roof and tried to fix the leak) did shoddy work, and repaired it. (the skylight) It has been a relief during big storms since to know that my roof is fixed right, and for a very reasonable price!

They arrived early the first day and began right away. They cleaned up before they left that day and again after they completed the job the next day, around 10:30 AM. They were fast and efficient.

Wonderful job! ..... Carefully explained pros and cons of various options, arrived on the days and at the time indicated with smiles on their faces and efficiently did the job, put up with all my indecision about roof color and explained everything after they finished . This is a family operation and I'd recommend them to anyone which is exactly what I'm doing. They had all their own equipment (this is a pet peeve of mine when workmen ask to use my equipment), did little things as a courtesy which I didn't ask or expect (such as bring in the garbage cans after the garbage was collected) and nailed a trim back on which wasn't part of their job. They performed a repair to my attic access for which they didn't charge. They also noticed a drain off in my roof which could have caused problems with the brick and added a drain to alleviate that possible problem. And they didn't have a radio blaring with awful music while they worked (another pet peeve)! I'm sure there may be other good things I did not see since I'm in my seventies and don't climb on the roof or into the attic anymore. ............This company performs service in the old-fashioned, customer first way. They treated my home with respect as if it were their own. And then they disappeared before I could thank everybody!! Time to move them to the top of your list!

Showed up on time, did an excellent job and left jobsite neat and clean. I highly recommend this company. They do quality work and are a pleasure to work with.

Excellent. Immediate response to inquiry. Service date scheduled immediately as weather permitted. Work finished on time. The work was for my Mother's home, who was out of town. I couldn't remain for the day but the owner's son (who gave me the estimate, etc.) was part of the work force and on the job with the employees. I felt very comfortable leaving them to do the job without my being there. All follow up paper work (inspector's report, receipt, guarantee) was mailed immediately.

On time, responsive, willing to answer my not very informed questions, easy to work with

They were on time, stayed on schedule. They know my home and roof pretty well, they built part of my roof. They have never blown me off. They always stick to the price they give me.

A great crew. Fast workers; it took just three days. Good-natured group. The Sales Rep / Job Manager (Juan Jr.) always kept us informed about progress and the plan for each day. The roof looks terrific, and the skylight in the casita is a great improvement! Generally, the clean-up was good, but I did have to get them to return to fish about a grocery-sack full of debris from some of the denser vegetation. They were always more than cooperative and willing to please.

THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY DID THE JOB THE SAME WHY THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO THE JOB, THEY DID THEIR JOB VERY NEAT. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO DO THE JOB. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED THEY MADE SURE TO PICK UP EVERYTHING.
