Replaced a leaking TPO roof with tar and gravel. Price was competitive, very good crew and workmanship. Juan has 30 years in the roofing business and is very professional and kind. He had the city do inspection after completion. Really great company. Hard to find these days. I would recommend him and use him again. Five star for sure!

Stop Leak Roofing had work done a few months ago on my roof and I was very please with the service from Stop Leak. A few days ago I noticed in the area of the repair there seemed to be some separation of material they had laid down. I called to ask is someone could come by and just check to see if this was an issue. No problem they said and Juan came out the next day. Juan was was very nice and took a good deal of time looking at the area of concern. He agreed that it needed to be repaired as it shouldn't have blistered up. He had a crew back out 2 days later and they not only fixed the spot I had found but went over the entire repair area touching up trim and pipe bases. I highly recommend Stop Leak. They exhibit a pride in there work and they honor their warranty. That means a lot these days.

Very well - roof was inspected and all seals renewed with a follow-up visit at no charge to seal one area that was missed the first time. When I called to report the recurrent leak, workers came the same day to examine and repair successfully. I intend to call this company whenever I need roofing work done.

Get. They are very busy so i had to get in line for service but it was worth the wait.

We have used Stop Leak before so we decided to ask them to perform a roof tune-up. They responded with a quote quickly and since this was a quick job, they were able to fit us in quickly as well. They inspected our roof and patched up all the cracks.

The work went well. It was easy to make an appointment with them for an estimate. It was not so easy with several other companies. We finally found 3 companies to get estimates from. Out of the three, we decided to go with Stop Leak as they offer a one year guarantee, are insured and bonded. Plus, they are professional and their estimate was competitive with the others. They showed up on the day they said they would to do the estimate and they showed up the day they said they would to do the repairs. And there were on time. On the day of the repair, it was a 5 person crew who came to do the work and they were done in only a few hours. We were told they took pictures of the damage and repair and they were going to send us the pictures, but so far, we have not received them. Otherwise, I would have posted them in this review. Since we are new to Angie's List, we were also able to use a 10% off coupon.

Stop leak did a great job! On time, great work and very professional. The re-roof of the patio came out really nice and so did the repair under the swamp cooler. Very reasonable price!

The work they did - oh my G** - the work they did at the rental, it's good solid work and I'm very pleased. That roof is excellent. He gave me a 20 year warranty on the actual shingles, and I haven't had a single problem with the shingles or with the work that they did, which is not always that easy. I would give them an A, both in the workmanship and the cleaning up. They didn't even leave anything laying around, which is really good because it's a rental. The problem which all landlords face is we have a renter and you cannot leave things that are not correct. They did a little job just for me, and then I called them when I needed to get that roof replaced because it was getting so bad. When I called them on that one, I said I need this other house done, can you do it, and I really want it done now and I actually had the money. And they did it. I was very impressed with them. They were prefect. They showed up on the day they said they were gonna do, they came at the time. Because again, you deal with a renter; you have to inform them when they're coming. I'll be straight with you, since it wasn't my house I can't honestly say. The renter did not complain and so I'm assuming they were there at the start time and left at the finish time. I've gotta assume that. When I went to the house I did the walk-around and there was no stuff thrown on the ground. They did a wonderful job; I mean there wasn't even any debris. You know normally you have some debris, right? I didn't find anything. I walked around with either the son or the grandson was the one that I was dealing with directly. The renter never said anything so I'm assuming they were there on time. They were very, very, very professional.

They had done a small job for me here at my house. But when I called them to bid to replace - I wanted to replace my entire roof - I don't wanna be doing these little patchworks any more, they didn't bid. It just freaked me out. I called them directly. But they do good work. The work they did at the rental - I wanted them back - but they just didn't bid. And the problem I had, I was calling around and everybody was so busy because we had just had rain and here in the southwest and especially here in Rio Rancho, we don't get much rain, so I guess people had leaks and didn't realize they had them. So the people in that business were very, very busy. I was looking for someone to do my roof here, and I literally called them. I talked even to the wife and I told her I need my whole roof done this time, and she remembered us. She remembered the work they did at the rental and this one, and she goes well we're so busy Larry and we can't get out there. So that's when I went to Angie's List. I thought well you know, I really shouldn't be waiting on getting this roof fixed. So I went to Angie's List hoping I could find somebody there and it just didn't work out.

Their pride of workmanship was outstanding. Our roof is very difficult (steep) and we had 5 leaks that many others have tried to repair and couldn't. We have had two major storms since they came and no leaks! Very pleased with them and highly recommend. They went the extra mile and did an outstanding job.

Two guys came out and it took less than an hour.

Perhaps the best contractors we have ever hired. Juan jr handles the bidding for this family owned and run business. We cannot say enough good things about these people. It turned our that our roof had an illegal repair, paper and tar over top of preexisting gravel. when all this mess was removed the pitch changed and a new Canallie needed to be installed. They handled it all with NO increase in price. They cleaned up each night and charged half what other companies wanted for a new roof. After inspecting and giving us a bid during the purchase process Juan came back out and climbed up with us to really show us what needed to be done to the roof. After they were done we could not believe the difference and a 25 year warranty. Anyone who wants repair, an evaluation or a new roof really needs to give this company a chance. We are truly impressed at how they kept us informed, how professional they are and the quality of their work.

They patched about 5 areas. We have not had severe rain yet so cannot comment on their success. Efrain was the contact person who gave the estimate. They provide a one-year warranty. Prior roofing provider was backed up and needed 4 weeks to come give an estimate, this company was able to do the job within a few weeks of request.

Excellent! They were on time; very neat with great cleanup; they were willing to make repairs; I had a hard time finding a company who was willing to do limited repairs. I am also a bit out of their way and they were willing to travel to me.

I would like to be as impartial as possible as I was one of the first customer to have provided a good review of them and back then I was very pleased with their service and performance when they came over the first time to do additional work and fix an original leak on my tile roof. That is until a second leak surfaced. This was the third time they came over to fix the same leak. This last time it cost me $642.62 but I was told there will be a 2 year warranty and they will fix it at no charge if any issues. The only issue was, it rained, and the same spot as well as a previous one they supposedly had fixed leaked again. I called them on 10/7 and somebody showed up on 10/9 I told them my problem and he told me the owner will be over Tuesday at 4 PM to inspect. I called on Monday to confirm and the receptionist had no idea about this appointment but she told me somebody will call me back. I called back on Tuesday because nobody had called me back yet and I was told that they will be here at the appointed time. I had to take time off from work and nobody showed up after I called them I was told that somebody will be over to take a look at it. Somebody did and I was told that probably had to do with a drain that need more holed to drain the water so they punched a few holes in the metal that holds the tile roof for more drainage, well it worked great till it rained again on 12/12 and the leak was back. I feel at this point that I have been duped into buying a worthless warranty, all I want is to have the problem fixed once and for all instead of a 5 minute patches I've been giving so far. I paid the money now I want the job done right. Thinking about going to the better business bureau but I want to know what can Angie's list do for me. I deeply regret having given them a much earlier "A" grade as well as recommended them to 3 other people at this point. I would update my review as the situation progresses.

So far it appears as thought the work was done well, and they provided a warranty.

It was great; We were happy with the work. They completed it in one day and no problem with that portion of the roof as of now. We had three people do estimates and we chose them because he took the time to address all of our issues. They were really straight forward and now we are going to have them come out and do the other part of our roof that is leaking. I have to admit that they were supposed to inspect the entire roof while repairing the first issue and a couple months later we get another leak that I feel would have not happened if they had really inspected the entire roof. The second issue was on our backyard patio cover portion of the tiled roof and it was obvious to me from the ground as I could see a hole between the tiles and the stucco. They did come back out and seal it for an additional $275. I just think that should have been addressed the first time with the inspection and for about 1/2 hour or so of work could have been lumped in with the first job for a lesser fee. Other than that we would probably still use them again because it was probably just an over sight and over all they get the job done. Hopefully no more leaks. The house is fairly new.

A little background first: In 2005 we had major hail damage to our roof. We submitted an insurance claim and our insurance company said we had hail damage. Our insurance company cut us a check and we called several companies to give us bids. I sure wish we would have called Stop Leak Roofing back then. Anyway, we went with this one company and they put a brand new 20 year shingle roof on our house with a ten year warranty. Part of our roof was a flat portion, so they had to use a rolled roofing and not shingles. In 2010, we converted to refrigerated air. The HVAC company we used removed the swamp cooler that sat on our roof. They did not remove the box the cooler sat on. They just put roofing tar around it and around all the pipes and electrical that came up through the roof. The HVAC company said that if they removed the box, it would void our roof warranty. I should have checked into that, because the box eventually caused the leak that I had. The roof leak also came from the electrical pipe that was used for the swamp cooler. I called the roofing company up and I told them I had a leak but I was not sure where it was coming from. The roofers arrived and they told me that the leak was from the pipe that the electrical ran through. They told me that they would 'Tune up" the roof for no charge because I had a 10 year warranty. I continued to have more damage to my celling after the tune up. I called my roofing company again in November 2014 and prior to my warranty expiring in January 2015. I advised them that the leak was getting worse and the rolled roofing they put on my flat portion of my roof had wind damage. They came out and said that their warranty did not cover the wind damage and they again put tar on the pipes. Leaked continued and I called again and they told me that my warranty expired and I would have to pay. Now to Stop Leak Roofing. Because the roofing company never fixed the leak properly, it continued to leak and I continued not do anything about it. In June, 2015, I called five roofing companies and I received quotes from some and others never bothered to get back with me. I also felt that their quotes were to high, so I put it off until the end of this summer and after all the heavy rains we received. Our leak got visibly worse, so I got on Angie's list and I saw Stop Leak Roofing. I called several others but they did not answer their phone or call me back. Those companies were also on Angies List. When I called Stop Leak Roofing, an actual person answered the phone. Wow, no answering machine! She took my info and she gave me a date for an estimate. Efrain came to my house. I work during the day and he called me to tell me that he was on his way and I met him there. Efrain was knowledgeable and professional and I felt that his price was reasonable. Efrain gave me an estimate of 1400.00 dollars for a full roof tune up, repair of my rolled roofing, removal of the swamp cooler box, replaced decking, new shingles where needed. I showed Efrain the area where the HVAC company had the exhaust pipes come up through the roof. It was poorly done and it too was leaking. The shingle's were pulled up and the tar was buckling and had holes. Efrain said that they would take care of that and an area above my front porch. I agreed to Efrains bid and a date of October 6th was given to me for the repairs to be done. On 10--06-15, Efrain called and he said that he was on his way to do the job and I did not have to be there. .I could not meet him t after they were done, so we agreed to meet the following day. On 10--07-15, Efrain agreed to meet me at my house to do a walk through of their job and he explained everything that they did. We both went on top of my roof and he showed me what they did. As of now, it looks good and there are no leaks. The job was done professionally and he gave me a two year warranty. Though it has been only a few weeks since they completed the job, there has been no leaks, but again it has not rained much. Efrain said that he would return if I had any issues and to call right away and he would return to resolve the matter. I don't normally bother writing reviews but in this case it was necessary because of the promptness and professionalism and most of all the price. Efrain came in well under the five others and he did more. I would recommend Stop Leak roofing. Efrain was prompt, efficient, reasonable and professional.

This company provides what you need at a reasonable cost. They do quality work and continue to provide service that is punctual and timely.
