They showed up right when they said they would. It was already around 95 degrees and not a cloud in sight and my cooler is on my roof. They got right to work. They where totally professional. They got it knocked out quickly. They showed me everything i need to know on the new cooler. It couldn't have been a better experience.

They were there on time, did what they said they were going to do, cleaned up after themselves (that's a big deal to me) and were kind and courteous. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

When our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of August in New Mexico, we quickly contacted our home warranty company to arrange for service. They referred us to Steward's Plumbing. Side note: The reason why the service was so inexpensive is because we just had to pay the $60 deductible; the warranty company covered the rest, so I am unsure how much the service provided would have cost otherwise. Steward's Plumbing was very responsive and came out very quickly to determine the problem. The technician was friendly and efficient, and quickly diagnosed the problem: a blown/fried fuse on one of our air conditioning units. He immediately ordered the necessary part, and informed me that, although it would take a couple of days for them to receive the part, he would be out immediately after they received it to repair the broken unit. True to his word, the technician came back as soon as the part came in and quickly had us up and running again. I have no complaints about Steward's Plumbing, as their service was top notch from start to finish.

Stewards plumbers were unwilling to listen, apparently unable to read instructions, and absolutely uninterested in admitting inability to perform the work. The installations were done incorrectly, don't work correctly, and Steward's was not willing to correct the mistakes they made. The equipment manufacturer is unable to warranty work done by a separate company, so, while the equipment is fine, Steward's installation is a mess. Highly unsatisfactory service and definitely NOT recommended.

They did a terrific job with the plumbing. However, they intentionally decided not to follow the city code and had to come back and redo it to pass inspection. I specifically for an electrician and they assured me one would do the job, but it turned out that one of the plumbers decided to do it and messed up our furnace unit. They did return to fix that problem. I just have very mixed feeling about the electrical work they done. I liked the workers and they were good, even digging a trench by hand to run pipes for plumbing, but I just can't get over the electrical ordeal.

I called a week ahead and set an appointment for 10 AM on Oct. 4 for an estimate to install a replacement hot water heater. I called to confirm the day of the appointment. When they had not arrived by 12 PM, I called and spoke to Trevor who said the men were on their way and should be at my home by 12:30 PM. They arrived a little over 20 minutes later. After greeting them, I requested they either put on shoe protectors/slippers or remove their shoes to prevent tracking dirt and dust into our home. They said the didn't have shoe protectors and OSHA prevented their removing their shoes. I thanked them for coming and canceled their appointment. Every workperson who has come to our home, from TV cable repairmen to plumbers have brought shoe coverings similar to what is worn in hospitals. We have never had this issue before, nor an appointment in which the company responded over 2 hours late. I certainly would not recommend anyone doing business with this company.

I once had several plumbing problems all at one time. Steward's Plumbing came in and fixed all of the problems within an hour.

My home warranty company sent Steward's to my home for a clogged drain and leaking toilet. After three hours of work, they could not get the drain open and had to charge me over $600 to cut the pipes open to get the clog cleared. They then disassembled my toilet and promised to return with the parts needed to fix the toilet. After four weeks and numerous phone calls, they finally returned with a part which did not fit. They took more measurements and pictures and promised me an estimate for repair or replacement of the toilet within a week but never called me back. After numerous more phone calls to their office, they finally told me they could not find the parts and would need to send someone back to my home again to in order to give me an estimate for replacement of the toilet. I was able to locate the parts myself from two suppliers but Steward's said they would not install them because they did not get the parts themselves and could not guarantee that they would work. They then told me that it would cost between $3,000 to $4,000 to replumb the bathroom and install a replacement toilet. They left me without a working toilet for about 7 weeks and in the end stopped returning my phone calls altogether. I finally had to order the parts myself and had a different plumber come and install them and it is now working fine. I will never use this company again. Their customer service was terrible, they gave me different answers every time I called, did not return phone calls, did not provide me with promised estimates and in almost two months could not find a solution to a problem that a different plumber was able to resolve within a week.

They were punctual on arriving for the initial estimate and then again for the actual service call. They were careful not to minimize impact to our home during the installation, and then cleaned up the area after the work was performed. Will definately use them again.

had Steward's Plumbing do a camera check on our sewer line because we were experiencing tree roots in the line more frequently than in the past. They found two areas where the roots had broken through the pipe. Instead of recommending replacement, they recommeded adding two new cleanouts for the line. They gave us an estimate. We were able to book the work within a week. THe individuals who performed the service were professional, courteous, pleasant and quite willing to explain what they were doing. They completed the work on time and the price was the same as the estimate with the additional tax added in. They even raked away the landscaping treatments before starting the work and put them back to their original state when they finished.

Nothing but the top rating for Steve and Ray and Steward Plumbing. Excellent technicans. I will only use this company from now on. Steward's Plumbing was the company that my home warranty sent out to deal with several plumbing problems. The unclogged slow drains in bathroom and kitchen sinks and a shower and tub, They got the toilets to drain and fill the way they are supposed to. They also dealt with my hot water heater. Steve and Ray are the technicians that were sent to my house. I can't say enough good things about them. They epitomize professionalism. Before coming to the house they called and let me know when they would be at the house. They were punctual, courteous knew their business and were able to explain things to me in a manner, I could understand. They had the needed tools and supplies with them and cleaned up after themselves. They are the best plumbers, I have ever dealt with. Eva

It was an excellent experience. They were very helpful, quick, and did a good job.

They came out for a clogged drain on the main line to the house. 47 days later the same clog reoccurred. The lady in the office was not willing to entertain the fact there may have been a problem with the work. Stated warranty is only for 30 days.I went ahead and had the come back out. The cleared the same line again and blamed it on the toilet paper I was using. Well, 8 days later the problem reoccurred again. I had been the house for 4 years using the same toilet paper and never had a problem. The didn't even bother to look further to see if something else was causing the problem. Will not use them again

I was satisfied with the work but I was appalled with the cost of the bill. Two guys came out and worked for 15 minutes and I got a bill for 108.00 dollars. The cap was leaking and they came out the next day. They changed a washer on a long rod. The guys were pleasant but the bill was way to expensive to change a washer. The work was fine but I think I was over charged. I didn't look around for what the going rate was but in the past I don't remember ever paying that much.

We have actually been using them for the last four years and they have done our cooler conversions and furnace start ups. Basically, they have taken care of all of our plumbing and heating issues. Their price is about average.

They installed faucets in the kitchen and repaired a broken grinder in the sink. They came when they said they were going to come and did what they said they were going to do. When I complained that they had stepped into a brand new tub and left their foot prints, they cleaned it up.

They were always prompt and did good work.

They are great overall all. I always ask for Joe, he is great. He is very smart, professional, and thorough. The office is good at scheduling appointments, but sometimes they do take a while to get someone out. This is because they are popular and busy, and a smaller company.

Joe and his helper came and augered out the drain from the laundry room to the main drain, which was almost completely stopped up. The main drain was working okay. He recommended that we have it jet cleaned to make sure they got it all. However, the insurance company for the first visit would not approve the jetting, so we had it done anyway, and the drains are working fine. Joe felt bad that he didn't write up the first visit to the insurance company, recommending the jetting, hoping they would pay for it. Joe and his helpers were very easy to get along with, nice sense of humor, very professional. We will call them again for our plumbing needs.

My experience with them overall was excellent, absolutely outstanding. They knew what they were doing. The other people I had give me a bid and both of them had a completely different answer than Steward's. Steward's answer that worked out very nicely and didn't involve removing walls.

IT WENT VERY WELL... THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE KIND AND COURTEOUS. I WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT.

There was a smell of gas in the house and Steward's gave an price to fix the leak of $390.00. They spent about an hour or so, and said that they had bad news; they fixed the leak but that hadn't solved the problem. They thought that they should replumb the house for $2000 because they couldn't find the cause of the leak. We got two other estimates, and both other plumbers said that they did not do the first repair correctly, and that the original location was still leaking, and there was no other leak. Furthermore, they didn't replace a piece that they should have replaced, because it was 60 years old. When Steward's came back, they stopped the leak by fixing the same place all over again.

We've used these guys before and they are really top notch. The gas stubout was a bit stubborn to prep, but they were able to complete the job with no issues. The stove top was an Italian one with a slightly different design than they were used to, but that didn't seem to be an issue either. They completely cleaned up when finished, taking the old stove top as well as the packing material for the new stove top. They also re-lit our water heater, as the main gas was shut off to do the installation. Everything looks and works great. We are very satisfied with their work.

Despite the fact that the work wasn't covered by our home warranty (as the problem was related to items that were code violations), we felt very comfortable in paying Steward's the $200 to correct the problem and prevent any further leaks. The crew they sent out was very friendly, and highly professional and took the time to answer all the questions we could throw at them. They were always on time, very fast, and the quality of work was very good. They always called to let us know if they were on their way or what they were doing. On the night we had the leak, it happened at 5:30 in the morning, we called our home warranty people at that time and Steward's called us directly by 7:30 or 8:00 that same morning. We were very impressed, and felt we were in great hands. We can highly recommend them.

I DON'T WANT TO TELL MY FRIENDS TO USE THEM, BECAUSE THEY WOULD BE TOO BUSY TO HELP ME. YES I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY'RE COMPETENT AND EASY TO WORK WITH. I THINK THE PRICES ARE GOOD OR AT LEAST COMPARABLE.
