 + -1 moreEverything with this company was handled so well, from the initial contact on the telephone to the young men who showed up to do the work--all was done professionally, timely, and quickly. Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with. It was a real pleasure working with such pleasant and efficient people. I would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: Steamatic cleaned wall-to-wall beige carpeting in the living room and hallway, approximately 180 sf for both areas. The carpet is about 15 years old and was "moderately" soiled, however, there were some water stains (about a year old) from a previously broken water heater and some very dark stains (looked like soot) in several areas. All the stains were removed and the carpet looks bright and new again. We were amazed at how well it cleaned up.

 + 0 moreThey arrive on a Saturday, cleaned out the vent and vacuumed out the debris through a large hose. No mess, good work, very nice workmen. Offered to come back within a week if I noticed anything they needed to do. The shop called a few days later to see if I was happy with the service.
Description of Work: They cleaned out my dryer vent and vacuumed debris into a unit. They were quiet, quick, efficient and polite.

 + -1 moreThe carpeting had the original color restored and looks very good for a carpet that age. This is especially true on the staircase. We were considering replacing all the carpeting if it could not be restored. They arrived on schedule, moved whatever we wanted moved and were both extremely professional.
Description of Work: Cleaned most of the carpeting in a two story 4400 sq ft home. They pre spotted soiled areas and cleaned the carpet on the staircase. The carpeting is 24 years old and we have two large dogs that have access everywhere in the home.

I know there was a lot of ground in dirt, but after they cleaned it, it appears as though all the dirt is now on top of the carpet. It looks like they cleaned the carpet with dirty water, and I now have to get the carpet cleaned again.
Description of Work: They came to clean the carpet in all the rooms in my house. They also cleaned my sofa.

 + -1 moreVery well. Initial time frame given, narrowed down to exact the night before. Arrived on time. Personnel courteous and responsive. Carpet really showed a difference. Personnel cleaned up well after. Absolutely no complaints. Price slightly higher - $20 - than competition.
Description of Work: Responsive to phone call for estimate (some others had voice mail). Cleaned 18x17 bedroom carpet in fair condition.
