Customer service and technician (Jose) were professional, responsive, skillful and punctual. Pretty pricey - $1000 - I'd think twice about using them, again, on account of the cost. Otherwise, very pleased.

Canceled service after I was told the cost of each additional vent. Company insisted every vent needed to be cleaned at once, and the additional cost would have doubled the initial Angie's list price. Wish that would have been stated upfront,in the details when purchasing the offer

Excellent experience! Our dryer quit working, and it took a couple of days for someone to come out and determine the issue, which turned out to be the thermal fuse was blown - because the dryer vent was clogged. They fixed the dryer, and it was nearly nearly 1pm before I could start calling to find someone to come clear the vent. Steamatic was my first call, and they said they could get someone out between 3 and 4pm! I was elated, since my laundry was backing up. They arrived on time, got the job done (it was dangerously clogged!), and I was a happy camper. Now my clothes have never dried so fast, I never even realized before that this could be a problem! Truly appreciate the quick response and excellent service.

Good. They had to cancel my first appt and re-scheduled, but gave me a discount. They did a good job; were efficient and friendly. Only complaint is the smell throughout my house from the machine they use; very strong carbon monoxide smell set off my detector.

Excellent job. The telephone contact worked with me to find the perfect time to do the work. The technician was on time, detail oriented, protected all wood furniture from wet carpet. Took special care to remove stain spots from furniture and carpet.. Odorless. Took a few hours to dry, but was more than worth the time. This was the second cleaning Steamatic has done for me. Far superior to any other cleaning services I have had. The technician was a pleasure to have in my home. I'm sold on their excellent service.

This experience was awesome. We were blessed with a technician named Victor. Victor was on time. He even called to let us know his arrival time from his previous jjob.Victor was extremely knowledgeable, personable, paid great attention to detail and was well organized. He took the time to explain techniques and processes of his steam cleaning to my husband (who had multiple questions).He also provided information regarding the benefits and process of air duct cleaning. I will definitely use this company again and will get my ducts done in the near future. We had our carpets cleaned in May 2015 by a reputable carpet cleaning company through Angie's List, but I will use Steamatic from now on. Hopefully, Victor will will still be there. Victor is probably not the only tech they have, but he left a lasting and positive impression with each member of our family. Thanks Steamatic??.

It worked out fine. The cleaning wasn't completely done. There were a few spots that weren't cleaned enough. Overall, it was okay. I thought the pricing was fine.

All of the technicians we had were great and happy to comply with our "no shoes" rule. They took this a step further and laid movers blankets throughout the house so the hoses could not cause any damage to our hardwood floors. For the duct cleaning-- they walked us through the whole process, how their tools worked, how to maintain the work, and answered any questions we had. The lead technician went beyond just the vacuuming of the ducts-- he reached down into the ducts to get larger pieces that the vacuum couldn't manage, and was eager to show us how much stuff was coming out of our ductwork! They worked quickly, and were very thorough and friendly and it was great to see how much pride they had in their work. Our experience with the duct-cleaning encouraged us to hire Steamatic to do some rug/carpet steaming as well. For the carpet steaming, we wanted only hot-water steam and no solvents or detergents mixed into the water, and they did that with no issues or arguments! Overall great experience and would recommend them and use them again for similar services when needed.

Sorry, I gave the details above. Dustin also noticed that I like to keep my house clean so he suggested that I get my vents cleaned and my grout. Before he left he gave me two written estimates for these two services. I will call and schedule these services in the coming weeks. Overall it was the best experience I have ever had when cleaning my carpet.

Excellent job; however, slightly pricey; however, you usually get what you pay for.. Very careful attention to detail and very clean as they provided very good protection to carpets and wood flooring. Would not hesitate to use Steamatic again..

Nick and his assistant were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, even noting a small leak in my furnace and apprising me of it. They did a thorough job cleaning the vents and cleaning up any debris that may have remained afterwards. I've used Steamatic for over 16 years for this service, except for several times when I was lured by Groupon for another local company that turned out to be awful in every way. I will continue to use Steamatic for their reliability and great service. I highly recommend them.

They did what they were supposed to do, they did damage to some of the baseboard by removing them and damaged some of the wood surrounding the window. When we requested an estimate of the repair of the walls, ceiling, carpet, etc., their estimate came in three to four times the amount of not only the Insurance company claim adjuster's estimate, but also the highest of the three contractor companies we requested estimates to repair that room. Obviously, we did not choose Steamatic, but rather the more reasonabley priced General Contractor. They also did not feel we were bright enough to read a broken-down estimate and cost of the repairs that we requested upfront, as our Insurance co. had requested. That is insulting and very narrow minded of them, so we chose someone else.

Outstanding! Donald always does a great job. He is the only one I will allow to clean my carpet. He is always on time or early, he does the best job I have every had.
