Description of Work: The tech that did the work did an excellent job. My Issue is strictly with the company. My wife had paid for the service over the phone by credit card. I did not know that. When the tech finished I was given a bill and paid by check. My wife called to see how everything went then informed me she had already paid. She then called the company and informed them of what happened, said they would call us back and cashed my check anyway,knowing we had already paid by credit card.
