Great experience very professional, also very good work done on my security system.

They installed our new six 4k cameras system and DVR (Lorex) in my house. They followed my instructions installing the cables/wires without sore eyes on the stucco (Outside) and walls (inside). They did a professional job on our house. They did set up our DVR system and adjusted the camera views. I am very happy with their work and price (great deal). There were no hidden fees surprise.

Do some homework before choosing a system

I needed a camera installation done quickly. Brandon met with me and gave me a quote and had his technician, Lyndon, do the install. It all went as promised and now I have a working camera. I am pleased with the service I received and highly recommend Southwest Security.

Very good customer service from the owner as well as the technician that came to my home for the install. The technician even changed out the door handle on my outside security door because my old one was loose.

Brandon, the owner came to give estimate and assess what repairs may need done so he could send his tech with the proper supplies and equipment. Tech arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the problem.

I was hesitant to get a security system. I wanted the security but was afraid of false alarms and the stress of arming and disarming. I rarely leave the house on the first try (always turning around because I forgot something). Brandon patiently answered all my questions and walked me through the process step by step. Taking my needs and concerns into consideration, he set me up with a Key Fob. I can hit the button after I have left the house and truly on my way. I can also disarm as I'm pulling into my driveway...so no beeping when I walk into the house. The phone app also reminds you if you haven't set the system at night and if a door has been left open. Love these features. Everyone has different needs and Brandon has so much knowledge with security and access control, he can fully customize your system to meet your needs.
