Description of Work: They were honest, friendly and professional. I had an insurance estimate for roof repair and about 6 different estimates. The special on securing the flashing on my vents saved me $2000. When I do replace my roof, it will be with Southwest Roofing.

Description of Work: They did a rapid inspection of roof, spraying any cracks they saw. Very punctual. I paid for an assessment and preventive maintainence in july 2015. There was an initial miscommunication and they were not able to do the work in time. I informed Angies list and the work was carried out very quickly and professionally. I was very pleased and would use them again.

Description of Work: After getting a new roof put on by another roofer in July, the new roof continued to leak. The roofer gave up and walked away from the job. Southwest Roofing fixed it on the first try. They were great.

 + -1 moreAt first the installation was good and it appeared well done. The roof came with a five year warranty however in year 3 it started leaking again. After many attempts, the company came and repaired. It is now leaking again at 4 years, 3 months and multiple attempts to reach the company have been ignored. I've tried in December 2011 and Tom returned my email and we spoke about him coming out but he never showed. I have been attempting to reach him since then and he has stopped all contact. Needless to say, I am looking for a new roofer.

 + -1 moreTom did such wonderful work! His pricing was more than reasonable. He came in way under what our insurance company was expecting. They were there when they said they would be there and completed the job on time. They cleaned up every single bit of debris after they were finished. The workers were respectful of my property. Tom was personable and professional. He answered all of my questions and was patient. He even came out to my house recently when we noticed a leak. I called and he said that we are in luck, that he was only an hour and a half away. He came out to our home at 9:30 at night! That kind of service is not heard of anymore. He didn't even charge us! I would reccomend him to anyone.

Several difficulties were encountered due to unique features of our roof, including solar panel placement and vertical wall siding that had previously been been installed in an incorrect way. Tom quickly found solutions to everything and even went beyond what was required to correct the pre-existing problems. I was out of town during the job, and Tom regularly kept me up to date with phone calls, emails, and pictures as the work progressed. Not only am I completely satisfied with my new roof, but Tom's price was the lowest of the three estimates obtained. I highly recommend Tom Nordstrand and Southwest Design Build Contractors, Inc.
