Description of Work: I had a leaky tile roof. It was difficult to determine exactly where it was leaking. We had been having a lot of rain so every roofing company I called was too busy to come out and they all had a very long waiting list. When I called Southwest Roofing the owner of the company, Tom, returned my call and, although he did not have a crew available, he came to my house himself. He quickly found the problem, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and came up with a temporary solution until he could bring a crew out a few days later. His personal attention relieved my anxiety. After the work was done he called me after each rain until we were both confident that the problem was fixed. Tom is the best contractor I've ever worked with. I would (and have) recommended Southwest Roofing to family and friends.

Description of Work: Examined roof for condition and leaks. Saw some places where we needed work and we scheduled it. He was very professional and showed us photos of the spots that needed work. We were very satisfied.

Description of Work: We called Mr Thomas Nordstand,Owner, SW Roofing Co, who quickly set-up a time and date to check out our roofing job. He arrived promptly on the date and time scheduled, checked out the work that had been done and noted items items overlooked or not done by the previous contractor. On a job not done he recommended a handyman who could possibly do it. I will be meeting with that handyman and he will check the work to be done. I could not asked for better service as noted on this evaluation.

Description of Work: The provider did a good job. He checked out the roof, took pictures and showed them to me and gave me a very good price on the work needed beyond the original contract. My hesitation to give him a higher rating is because it was several weeks after I purchased the service that he finally got in touch with me and arranged to do it. I believe he had some personal complication come up, but he could have contacted me or had some agent contact me. I was just about to seek a refund through Angie's List when he got in touch with me. Then, he promptly and competently did the work.

Description of Work: The owner went out of town and left his crew to do the work but they never showed up. I called him back this week, he is back and apologized and said the work will be done this week. I am hoping it is. I originally asked for the roof maintenance package but then we had a big rain and my living room ceiling leaked. I called him that day and he came out first thing next morning to assess. My neighbor and I bailed water from the roof that night. That was the week of 9/21. Fortunately, no rain since then. It is now 10/14 and there was no repair when I left home this morning. I would like to rate them again when/if the work is completed.
