The sink fix is great, but the dishwasher hose was too short. Now, we have a different problem--the dishwasher hose is kinked, and when the dishwasher drains it backs up through dishwasher vent flooding the countertop and draining under the sink. I tried calling Simmons to come fix it, but they would not return my call. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that they didn't get my message. So, I called again, and talked to the secretary. I also asked them to come give an estimate on a new sewage pipe. She said she would get back to me. A week later, still no response. So, I called again and left a message. They are unresponsive. Unfortunately, I have to give them the F grade.

Did some leaky faucet work and everything was fine until recently. Some of the faucets are leaking again. We had some really rough weather and think that that really affected the work that was done. He was prompt and close to where I live. Reasonably priced and easy to work with.

Here for 2.5 hrs and both are fixed. Both fixes were other than expected and less expensive.

I bought an older house with a furnace of uncertain age, though easily classified as elderly. I thought I might have smelled gas one morning and called Simmons Plumbing. They were very responsive and worked to get someone to the house as quickly as possible. Roy was the workman who came and he was very thorough in his evaluation of the furnace. It was discovered that they circuit board wasn't functioning properly so he replaced it. It was all very professional and timely.

Great. A little late due to another appointment taking longer than estimated. I called for service on Monday so I was glad that they were able to come on Tuesday!

They came within a day or two days. I did not mean them to come that early as it was not an emergency but still they came. They sent two guys who spent a couple of hours and got everything done. They were great and their price was as expected. They spent several hours. I was very happy with them and I would use them in the future.

Plumber arrived at the agreed upon time. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The faucet plumbing was heavily rusted and replacement access to it was tight. There were no problems associated with this job. The faucet works fine with no leaks thus far.

They are very polite and straightforward on the phone. They were punctual and did what they said they'd do, although I thought $86 was a bit high for a 5 minute fix. Their website says that their minimum charge is $86, which I agreed to, so no complaints on my end.

We use Dean all the time. They are always available, fast, incredibly reliable and are reasonably priced.

He was prompt and diagnosed problem. Left and quickly returned with agreed upon unit. Installed it and finished.

Very friendly, very competent. Diagnosed issues quickly, obtained parts and put it all together. I was extremely pleased.

We had to have a new swamp cooler installed after our previous one literally fell off the house due to poor original installation (not installed by Simmons originally). We searched Angie's list for recommended HVAC companies and received quotes from several places. Dean came out the day we called and helped us select the best model and gave us some recommendations on a better way to mount it. He gave us a quote within the day and started the work immediately upon us accepting. Dean did a terrific job. He even came out on Saturday of a holiday weekend to finish the job after one part wasn't fitting correctly.

A complicated job because we bought new faucets for old bath valves. They didn't make the diverter valves needed anymore. Dean came three times to measure and trial alternatives. He suggested a solution using a Kohler valve that worked very well. I was pleased by his work ethic and solution. His supplier's prices seem high and I recommend looking at online sources if you are making a big faucet purchase.

They took care of it well and quickly.

It went well. The only downside was paying $13 in mileage for them to come to the East Mountain area. But it was worth it for good service.

They were very responsive with the initial quote, and my opinion is that the price was fair and honest. One of the other quotes I got was 50% more than Dean's. They were able to schedule the work just a couple of days after the quote, and he showed up on time and the work was done on budget with the quote. I made a last minute request to add a shut-off tee valve under the sink for an ice maker for the refrigerator, and he did so for a reasonable price, based on materials and their hourly rate. Dean was professional and I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work. I would absolutely use their services again, and recommend to others.

We had a leak in our rental property in the East Mountains. I called them and they sent a plummer up that same morning. Because it was a rental property, they could not collect at the job site, and they allowed us to bring a check by at a later time. They are very friendly and understanding

They did very well. He was very professional. He had to get some parts but that was understandable. He came in pretty much at the price he promised. We didn't check other prices, but it was very reasonable.

I haven't had any work done with them. They seemed friendly on the phone and they were helpful. He called me back in a timely fashion with a reasonable quote. The quote seemed pretty on point in comparison to the other quotes I got.

Roy was punctual, knowledgeable, informative, and honest. I'm sticking with them!

I called the morning of the 14th and was told a plumber could be there that afternoon. The plumber was punctual and polite, checked everything out, then cleared the clog and cleaned up every bit of mess. He told me why we got a clog in the first place (a low spot in an underground pipe that tends to collect sediment) and gave me some good advice on how to avoid problems in the future.

It was not a good experience. The guy who came just had no clue. We spent a few hundred dollars and he didn't really have any understanding of what was going on with the system.

In all cases, work was done quickly and results were extremely professional. In one case, Simmons easily fixed something which a previous company had great difficulty doing.
