Salesman spent a lot of time with me designing the project and answering all of my questions. Concrete subcontractor and installation subcontractor were both meticulous in their work. Everyone was courteous and accommodating and willing to answer all of my questions at all times. Everything turned out precisely as planned and I look forward to using the patio when the weather is warm again. There may be others who would do the work more cheaply, but I seriously doubt that you can beat these folks for high quality work.

We had talked to several companies about a patio cover, and all quoted about the same price for size we wanted. Sandia, however, offered us more choices and far better quality materials for the price. The salesman came out with samples and brochures, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did not try to pressure us into a more expensive cover, and clearly explained the construction materials and methods. We placed an initial deposit, and when we were ready, Sandia sent out someone to take measurements and confirm the details. We made another partial payment , and Sandia ordered the materials from the factory. They gave us weekly updates on the progress of the order. When the materials arrived in town, they scheduled the delivery and construction date. The installation crew was very efficient, professional, and friendly. The setup took two days instead of one, but only because very high winds made erecting the roof dangerous. Once the cover was finished, we made the final payment. The cover is very attractive and extremely sturdy. The installers walked around on the roof finishing it off, which shows how strong the cover is. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience, and think we have the best patio cover possible for the price.

He was very pleasant and not pushy and he knew what he was talking about. He had a lot of knowledge and what he did not know, he picked up the phone and called someone.

Work was done in a time and professional fashion. I do have some concerns with their electrical subcontractor, but Sandia was outstanding,

They were good but expensive. The quality of their work was good, too. The salesperson was responsive; however, the person on the field was not, because we did not communicate very well on phone calls.

They people that came were very professional. I had the patio already here, they put in the end, windows, etc. It was a great experience, I had no problem at all.

THE THREE WORKERS DID A GREAT JOB OF BUILDING THE DECK. THEY USED GOOD QUALITY WOOD AND THE DECK LOOKS WONDERFUL. THEY WERE NICE AND HARDWORKING PEOPLE THAT REALLY DID A GOOD JOB.

THEY WERE SO HELPFUL ORGANIZING THE IDEAS WE HAD FOR OUR PORCH. THE IMPROVEMENTS THAT THEY MADE WERE JUST OUTSTANDING. I'M VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY.
