Description of Work: Cost of service was $0 to us because our insurance covered it. The company does all the paper work and all we had to do was sign that the work was completed. They sent an email with picture of the person doing the work which is a nice security feature. The technician was neat both in appearance and work and the work was completed quickly.

Description of Work: The rubber stripping that goes under the windshield glass was not reinstalled correctly. One of the side pieces underneath the windshield was also not re-installed correctly. The result was that when I was on the highway going at speeds higher than 65, the rubber and the far left side piece both came up. I had to take the car into Toyota and pay extra money to have them installed correctly!

Description of Work: Great! The windshield has worked out just fine. The young man did his work and was courteous. The only problem was it took a week to get the repair. All that time my vehicle was at my friend's house about ten miles from our home and was unusable. The only thing that later was this evaluation!

Description of Work: Replaced auto windshield. Took way longer than expected, 2+ hours even though I had told them I was leaving town. And then after install was complete told me I had to wait ANOTHER hour for glue to set.

Description of Work: They replaced my windshield after it developed a bad crack. They replaced it at my home but I had to take it to their shop because the new wipers they installed were the wrong model and they replaced with the right ones. I don't recall the total cost; my auto insurance covered all but the $50 deductible.
