Description of Work: Patched up a leak around a skylight. I had asked them to put a reflective coating to reduce the heat absorption (of the black roofing tar) and I was told they would return. They did not. I had previous roofer do this every time they did the work (they told me about it). | |This provider did do one thing I liked, they put a mesh over some spots and coated it with the tar. This will provide some strength. But without the reflective coating, the job is only half as good as it could be. | |The skylight has not leaked since the work was done.

Description of Work: Fantastic job! They stripped off three (!!!) layers of shingles, replaced wood where decking was rotted, removed two turbines and replaced the decking, removed a swamp cooler and replaced the decking, put down the barrier sheet, installed a drip edge all the way around, installed the new layer of shingles, and replaced fascia where it was rotted. The new roof is great. They were prompt. They cleaned up thoroughly - and after the job was done they came back to do more clean up and for the punch list of post-job details. Great crew, and you can tell they all work together all the time (not a bunch of different guys called in for different jobs). Prompt, polite, fair, easy to work with. Call them for anything related to house maintenance/rebuilding/remodeling - big or small - they can do it!
