It didn't. After repeated emails and phone calls, the business never got back to me to schedule the work.

I've used this company twice now, and I'll use them again in the future. I'll recommend them to everyone.

I was not present during the work, so I don't know if he sprayed a hose over th entire roof to determine weak spots.

The owner and project manager arrived at my home to assess my desired project and were very professional and friendly. I had a cabinet entertainment center with doors that was basically built for the old pre-flat screen TVs and wished to have it modified so that it would accommodate a bigger flat screen TV. The piece was picked up several days later and modified by their carpenter/ finishers and returned within days. It's a beautiful job and I wouldn't hesitate using this company again. Thank you Renassaince Man Construction.

We had used Richard and his crew for several smaller projects. We were pleased with his work and contacted him for our kitchen remodel. After making arrangements for this job, we gave him a key to the house and left for the summer. When we returned in September, the job was complete. Renaissance Man Construction does quality work at an affordable price. You can trust this firm! He coordinated with the subcontractors for the installation of the countertops and flooring (not reflected in the cost of service). Everything was done to our specifications and complete satisfaction.

After roof inspection there were no further action. No inspection report or photos were provided of the roof condition. No minor repairs were accomplished. All in all I paid for a inspection and received no value for the purchase. I have contacted Richard from Renaissance Man Construction twice and did not get any response.

Mr. Burd came out for the estimate on 03/21/14 and seemed pleasant and knowledgeable enough. We waited for the estimate and finally called him on 03/31/14 to inquiry about it and were told that it hadn't been done yet and he would get it to us soon. As of 05/09/14 we still haven't received his estimate. We know things happen and delays can ensue, but to not follow through with what you say you are going to do, isn't okay. We wouldn't recommend or consider Mr. Burd in the future.

Originally there were 3 leaks, then 2, then 1 which still hasn't been resolved. The problem is that it seldom rains in Albuquerque so there has always been a wait-until-it-rains required to test the repair. Richard was prompt, courteous, and kind, but my roof still leaks. I called him yesterday 4/22/14 to report the leak after this past weekend rain. I have not received a response. I don't fault him too much for not responding. After 3 tries, he probably feels frustrated about this stubborn leak. Still, the leak must be fixed before the whole interior ceiling disintegrates. Next week I will have to contact another roofer. .

I purchased a Big Deal through them and they never got back in contact with me. I had to have someone else come out and do the work for me.

IT was a smooth job. The communication and them showing up on time Also they asked me before fixing anything outside of what I originally asked them to do. I would defiantely recommend them. I will be using them again on future jobs

It was quite expensive. They were supposed to call me and I think they did once but I wasn't here. So I called them and made the appointment, they didn't come, so two weeks later I called them again and they came. They sent a man out who was so confused because he hadn't followed my instructions on how to get here and then he had gone somewhere else and then he drove his truck into a rock and he is so concerned about having dented his new truck and he mostly talks about that. When he talked about the slab he seemed to know his stuff but he didn't know exactly what they would do and so forth. He said he was going to call in the next two or three weeks and I have never heard from him ever since.

Richard and his co-worker came at the time we had set up and fixed several areas on my roof that needed patching. They were very professional and I am very satisfied with the results.

He got the job done and did it well. One thing: he said he would come back and check the seal a couple days later, but never called or showed.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. I thought he was going to rip me off, but he didn't. There were no extra charges.

I was not able to contact them. Money down the drain.

I called Richard on 1/20/2014 to get a quote on cleaning and/or repairing our back patio. He said his concrete guy was in the office that day so the concrete guy could come out and take a look that afternoon. My husband and I met him early that afternoon. The concrete guy told us what they could do with our concrete and that they could seal our flagstone. In addition, we had an addiitional item that could be done. Concrete guy said he'd get us an estimate by 1/23/2014. I called Richard the afternoon of 1/23/2014 and left him a message that my husband and I were leaving the office a little early that afternoon but left him our phone numbers again and said we looked forward to hearing from him. WE NEVER HEARD FROM RENAISSANCE MAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. AGAIN.

He is a lovely man. It was a great experience. They were just very pleasant. They came in and did their job and they did a beautiful job. I needed some more work done and I didn’t realize he did that kind of work too so I called him back and he came back in a timely manner and he was great. I will call them again if I something else to do. Their price is reasonable.

Prompt, pleasant, professional, knowledgable. Did not get other estimates so can't compare pricing. Seemed reasonable for the work that was done.

Sent message through Angies List inquiring about roof repair. Took a few days to get a response. I called twice to try and make an appointment. Never got a call back. Wrote another message to them on Angies List, never got a response.

Mike came out to view the job. He was very thorough and took a lot of notes & measurements. They have an in-house cabinetry shop, which was really nice. However, the bid was high, so we went with another company. He was prompt to our appointment and we might use him for cabinets.

Services provided were top quality, and the nicest people to deal with. Took around 5 days to complete total job. I will call them again if I need their services.

A couple of delays due to a medical condition on their part but good service when they did make it out. Good advice and assessment of our roof.

Weather has prevented the work thus far.

They were on time, professional, willing to answer questions, etc. I believe the quality of their work was very good, but I haven't been up on the roof (two-story) myself. :-) I have recommended them to friends.
