All work was completed professionally and with top notch quality. Richard's employees and subs were all very professional, responsive, cooperative and competed their work on time. I will continue to engage Renaissance Man for future work.

The provider was polite, prompt and got right to work. He found a number of problem spots on our roof and fixed them. He fixed an area that was causing a leak. We have had light rain since then and no leaks. I think we might need to wait for a heavy rain to be sure the area is fixed. But I would call on him again.

It took several attempts to schedule the service. While he was here he promised to give me a bid for additional work. However, he has never responded. I have called him repeatedly and he has not returned my calls. | |The service included replacing roof shingles and sealing the area where the garage roof meets the wall of the main house. Once the work was scheduled, he kept the appointment as scheduled and it appears that the work was acceptable. However, he will not return any calls.

They came out last week and poured the concrete, which is what we wanted them to do. They were punctual and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. They did the work 2 days. The first day they set the forms and the second day they poured the concrete. Two members did the job for us, both days.

He had to come back to do some caulking around a skylight. It took a couple weeks to schedule, but I had to call multiple times to schedule a second visit.

They were very prompt and showed up right away when I needed them to. They also did a few other things for me around my house. I definitely got my money’s worth. One technician came out to do the work and he was there about an hour and fully prepared. They contacted me soon after I had purchased.

It went Fabulously. There is not space here for all the details... walls, cabinetry, plumbing, electricity, bathrooms, kitchen, the entire house, which had been demolished inside after the hot water heater flooded. Everything was in such a mess when Richard's team came in to the rescue, we wondered if anyone could accomplish a completion to the job. His crew was especially talented, courteous, thoughtful, professional and they all spoke English perfectly. We can not speak highly enough of this Company. The services they provided were 'above and beyond'.

Richard is a professional and polite service provider. Although I have not gone up to the roof to inspect his work, I trust that he did good work. I bought my house in 2004 and the realtor had some roof repairs done at that time. I have done none since. I just wanted someone to come and inspect the roof and tell me what kind of shape it is in and make any minor repairs that might be necessary. He communicated well. He went and got shingles that matched mine and came back and replaced those that had been torn loose by tree branches, etc. He also found some places where the roofing material had separated from the vents, etc. that protrude out of the roof. He resealed those items. I am pleased with his work because he said my roof is probably 15 years old and it is in "pretty good shape." Good news to me!

I would definitely hire them again. They were professional and competent.

Renaissance Man is a very responsive business, highly professional and extremely thorough in their work. They came out and inspected leaks, and immediately cleaned roof canales. They came back a few days later to repair two areas on my roof that were vulnerable when water is standing on roof. They were efficient and effective. I would highly recommend.

We were selling our home and the pre-purchase inspection found a few roof issues that needed to be fixed prior to closing, which was less than a week away. I find vendors exclusively on Angies List now so started through the listing of licensed roofers. The problem was we had had an usually large amount of rain and every roofer I called either was booked out for 2 months or didn't even pick up the phone. Valuable lesson learned. Don't always go for the vendor with the most reviews... Down to my last strike I called Richard at RMC Inc. At the time he had only 1 review but is a general contractor so can do it all. Not only did I get him on the phone he was in the area and said he would be there in 20 minutes amd he was. Richard went on the roof, checked the entire surface and provided an estimate. I agreed and he said he would be back the next day to complete the work. Before leaving he applied tar to several areas that the inspectors had marked, all at no charge. Richard arrived the next day on time and set to work. All old mortar was removed and new mortar was applied to the cap areas. The filler was color matched and looked great. Richard also replaced a cracked tile and provided an overall report on the roof condition. He even said that he would stand behind his work, with the new owners!! The repairs were reinspected and the closing went off without a hitch. I told RIchard that in exchange for his excellent work I would write a review, but for some reason I hadn't gotten around to it. On 10.1.13 I received a call from Richard and he said that he received a check from the title company in the amount that we had already paid him. He made arrangements to get the check to me. If he hadn't contacted me I probably would never have known. I'm glad I waited to write the review as adding honesty to professional tells a more complete story. Hire RMC with confidence!!!

The worker were very courteous and timely. The job over all went great. The professionalism of the owner Richard was above and beyond what I expected. He came the job site daily to ensure the quality of the work. The finished product (porch ) was beyond both me and my wife's expectations.

.Over all a great job done. The workers were very courteous and the work was done in the time frame promised. That is very important to me due to having a bad experience in the past with a contractor who didn't keep their promise. Over all a great job!!

They were responsive so I got a call back right away. We were able to arrange a date and they showed up on time. He responded well and they did a good job. They did the assessment when they said they would. I am just waiting for the final report.

We set up the an early arrival of 7am, on a Saturday morning and he was again greeted by the Doberman gang of 3. He and his partner finished everything in about 2 1/2 hours - even took the covers off of my turbines on the roof. Richard is professional, friendly, likes dogs (they liked him), was honest about the condition of my roof, reasonalble in his price did a great job and when I finally do need a new roof - I will definitely call him again. I even gave his name to a friend. It's was great to do business with someone who knows his trade whether a small or large job - he handles the work professionally.

It's taken me so long to write this review I don't really remember the date or the cost. I do remember the cost was very reasonable which is why I bought the deal. The owner was very responsive. My call was returned quickly. Our conversation was polite and professional. The workman brought supplies a day or two early. He arrived on time and did a great job. I did have have the shingles around my evaporative cooler replaced as well as new sealant around the vents sticking out of the roof. I think it's been one and a half or two years ago. The shingles look great and there has been no leaking since the sealant was reapplied. Also, they didn't charge me extra for this repair which was very nice. I would definitely recommend this business.

I initially learned about RMC at a home improvement show. I was impressed with their booth and the attention they paid to patrons. I contacted Richard at a later date and he came out to discuss the work and provide suggestions. He fabricated the items at his shop and then delivered and installed them in my home. He willingly allowed me to visit his shop to view the progress. I was also having laminate flooring installed at the same time and he was more than willing to work around the other contractor's progress. Initially, he came out and removed an existing wet bar and capped the water in the wall to allow the flooring to be completed in that alcove area. The entertainment center was designed to contain a 60 inch HD television as well as all of the audio components. In addition, he designed media storage space with doors and drawers to remove the various media storage devices I had scattered around the den. He further provided area for cabling so it is hidden from sight behind and under the center. As part of the entertainment center install he also relocated light switches to make them easily accessible. The shelves were designed to accommodate a sports memorabilia collection as well as family photos. He replaced the wet bar with a solid counter-top, installed an electrical outlet for a under-counter wine and beverage cooler as well as storage space on one side. During the install process his crew was cautious with the new flooring and paid special attention to level, square and trim all of the items. At each step they stopped to vacuum and clean any construction debris. I would not hesitate to hire RMC again or to recommend them to someone else.

I would NOT suggest Angie's list keep them as a contractor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

His quote was way too expensive. He was very pleasant; very nice. He was very professional and prompt as well.

They met my expectations, and they were very nice. They did exactly what they said. They were excellent, and we have called them again, but we have not got their response back, so, we are waiting to hear from them.

They are awesome. They are professional, on time, and they know what they are doing. They do what you need. You just explain what the problem is, and they fix it. The pricing was good. They are responsive and punctual. I would absolutely use them in the future. In fact, they are the only company I would use.

This project included getting the roof to match and the exterior brick, about 2 weeks from start to finish it was a pleasure working with RICHARD and his crew they were fast and clean and did a beautiful job.

a remodel can be very stressful but they made it easy i will use them for any other projects
