Very well. I did remove the cover to clean out before the technician arrived, so that saved some time. He ran about 80' of snake (probably went from the kitchen to near the street). In 40 minutes, the line was completely cleared and he was out of the house. John did a great job.

I purchased a promotional deal through Angie's List for a $79 Sewer Rodding/Drain Cleaning. When the service crew came out to do the work, they said they could not find the sewer access point, so promotion did not apply. Instead, they offered to do the job for $325 plus tax, presumably in addition to the money already paid. I feel this was a bit of a bait and switch and refuse to give this company any of my business.

We had purchased a big deal for the services, and it turned really well. They were very helpful, they showed up on time, and they gave me everything that I needed. The reason why I purchased the big deal for my sewer line to be televised is because the utility company had done some work and had damaged my sewer line. They provided me with a video of the line, they gave me advise, as far as getting the utility company to pay for the damages, they were extremely helpful. I thought the price was great, very fair.

The young man that came was very professional and did a really good job.

It was fine. He came and did a good job; it just worked fine.

They were very good. They even checked some extra things because I thought their service included snaking the drains. He said the coupon didn’t cover that but he checked them anyway and told me they were fine and didn't need snaking.

The plumber sent must have been in training, needed help from an experienced plumber from the shop in a second attempt. Did not complete what was discussed. Bill for work performed was much higher then a similar job performed at my house by another plumber just the previous year.

They were great. First they told me on the phone how to get the water to the house turned off. The plumber came Sunday AM as promised. He quickly did a great job on replacing the faucet; he was professional; he was kind and considerate to my two dogs, and I didn't have to pay extra for having the work done on a Sunday. I will most certainly use them in the futuere. I was very impressed with their reksponsiveness when I called when the fixture burst late on a Saturday night. They really DO come out in an emergency!

Thorough job in snaking. Main line to street was not the issue, so it was not videoed. Below the sink, things were wiped up, but I had to wipe up just a little more after he left. Very professional. Very nice. Helpful advice. I would use this service again!

Two plumbers came. They had me recreate the problem then proceeded to snake the drain from the roof-top vent pipe. This was done twice until the drain was cleared. The deal was supposed to include a TV camera view of the condition of the drain pipe, but the equipment was not in their truck. I don't think it was needed anyway. So far (six weeks) there have not been problems with the drain.

The response time was okay. His promise to get back with me after he came to my home was non-existent as he had not gotten back in touch with me. I would have been happy if he would have just called and told me that his camera would not do the job.

Using Angie's coupon, called for service and was scheduled for same day. John Salvador, a very experienced plumber, diagnosed the drain backup issue quickly and recommended a solution. He performed the drain cleaning quickly and efficiently, and then cleaned up the area before departing. This is the guy you want for your plumbing services. Highly recommended!

My husband called from work to make an appointment with Reddi-Services, and they told him they could come out that same day. I was at home when the dispatcher called just a short while later to say they could send someone out in 20 minutes. I said, "Yikes, that's too soon." Usually you have to WAIT for a plumber, and I had to STOP them. They asked if 40 minutes would be better, and I said that would be fine. Robert arrived 40 minutes later, asking, "Did I give you enough time?" lol He checked the water heater water line and then pulled up a chair we had stored in the garage for me to stand upon to see what the problem was. I told him to go ahead and repair it, which he did, in a timely and efficient manner. I then asked him to check out another problem we had in a second bathroom, to determine whether a water problem there was coming from inside the wall or from water leaking down from the outside of the shower. He determined, and showed to me, how it was not coming from inside the wall but from water leaking down in between the sliding glass shower doors and suggested a couple of minor fixes I could do including buying a splash guard. As a side note, when I first purchased this Angie's List "Big Deal" online, I was contacted within 5 minutes by this company to set up an appointment. I told them that I had a no-hurry problem, and would contact them in the near future. So, their quick response in both cases was pretty amazing!

I thought I would get more out of it but I messed up because I thought he was suppose to look out more then one line. He was there within 24 hours. He was there on time.

It went great. I felt like the service professional was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I have actually hired them back to start up my swamp coolers.

I called to schedule an appointment to have my drain cleaned out in my master bath. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they could come out on the same day that I called. The repairman was at my house within the hour. I explained to him my situation and he got right to work. I also had some other plumbing issues in my bathroom. He explained the cost to me and he then set out to find the problem. He was very pleasant and didn't give up on my mystery problem until it was solved. Thank you so much for taking the time to resolve my problems with my plumbing. This repairman has now become the one repairman that I will call on in the future should I need plumbing services again. I was even more surprised when I got a $25 gift card in the mail from Reddi Services toward any future needs that I should have. Thank you Reddi Services for you prompt and courteous service.

Overall pleased with the service. However, I thought the deal was for $200 worth of 'service,' based on some time frame time (approx. 2 hours), so I had made a list of tasks to perform. After the service man had cleared a couple drains, he informed the the deal was based on the number of 'services,' not hours. In essence, he could do "two things" for my $99, but not "multiple things" within a fixed time frame. This seemed a little weird to me, especially because the tasks so far had been so simple. He was nice enough to finish a couple other simple tasks, but I wish that stipulation had been spelled out in the description. Also, when I ordered the special and specified 3 available dates to perform the service, I expected to be contacted by the firm to set an appointment. (I had already paid.) This never happened, so I ended up calling them directly several weeks later. The owner was very apologetic, and the set the appointment immediately. The technician arrived within a day or two. Still, that seemed like a breakdown in the system. I would use Reddi Services again, giving them the benefit of the doubt. But if new glitches occurred, I'd probably find someone else the next time.

The appointment process was a little confusing since the headquarters is in Phoenix. Then the day they were to come out for the scheduled time, the call came from Phx again, and I didn't know they expected me to confirm again before they showed up. If I hadn't listened to the message from Phx, it seemed they weren't going to come.

It went wonderfully. They are fabulous people. They were so responsible and informative. I learned a lot. They did a great job. I will never use anybody else again. He replaced the valve for free in the water heater. They went above and beyond. I think they are wonderful.

Very friendly and knowledgeable technician performed the work and offered valuable suggestions on how I could address my toilet plugging problems.

My first experience with Reddi Services was in May of 2012. Suddenly one morning when I had house guests, a pipe beneath a bathroom sink burst and water poured into the bathroom. I called TLC frantic for help immediately and got what I can only describe as a run-around. I looked in the phone book, found another plumber (Reddi) and called, knowing nothing about them. I was desperate. They came quickly and solved the problem. Tim was straightforward with me about what he could and could not accomplish in an old bathroom and suggested that my son and I purchase the needed parts at Home Depot in order to save some money. We did that, and he installed the new parts, which involved cutting through a wall. He cautioned me about the difficulties he encountered (old ceramic sink that could crack and other potential risks), and I appreciated his honest appraisal of the situation. So this year when I've had other plumbing problems, I've called Reddi. Cody arrived one January Saturday night and cleaned my drain without charging me extra for the weekend (I had called another company, and they wanted to charge double for the weekend). Then when a leak developed in March, I called Reddi again. John came out and fixed my old leaky toilet with new parts, but we both soon realized that didn't solve the problem. We could hear water running when no faucets were on. So he returned and checked in the crawl space under the house. No problem there. He finally concluded that the old sewer line was leaking in two or more places between the house and the meter and would have to be replaced. It involved digging a trench through my xeriscaped yard, removing rock and mulch and cutting through some tree roots. It took two days of digging, but the work was completed, the new line was installed, and the leak has been fixed. They did a careful job of putting everything back in the front yard--rock, mulch, even some bunches of grass. Now you can't tell the trench was ever there. They worked hard and explained what they did. I gave them a B for price because it seemed really expensive to me, more than what a neighbor had paid, but on the other hand, I didn't take bids. I had experience with them and accepted their price. Also, they gave me a regular customer discount of 10%.

A washing machine hose had been frozen to the hose bib for decades and needed to be removed. I was afraid that the wall would need to be opened up to expose the copper plumbing so a new hose bib could be installed. However after discussing with me the options, the plumber cleverly cut off the old bib and installed a second in-line valve with a bib using a compression fitting. The whole process took less than an hour and the simple solution works fine and will probably continue to work for decades to come.

I was very pleased with Reddi Services and will use them again.

The Reddi technition is most gifted and determined. He was able to chase down every possibility in this complicated system. Even tho the last tiny part was to have been replaced much earlier and was not sent to me as it should have been by their own instruction book, he cleaned it out so that it worked anyway. He gave me much more time than could be expected on the repeat visit for the $66 coupon. He was willing to come again a third time if we had to wait for the part , free of charge I do not think they have the best office system because some of the calls were taken in another state and that caused some info on timing to be lost and I had to make another appt. But the supervising technician is so superior I would always seek him out anyway. Several other companies had tried to repair this system and could not.

They did a very good job. They were perfect. They arrived within 45 minutes. They gave me an accurate estimate and suggestions. I was perfectly satisfied with them. They were professional. I would use them again.
