Reddi Services Albuquerque

We were concerned that our outdoor faucet head (coming out of the wall, that we attach the hose to) might be old and corroded and leaking into the wall. The wall sometimes looks moist on the outside (although it is also near where the roof drains) and we have had trouble with mold on the inside of the wall. Someone from Reddi came out and inspected inside and out and explained that although the pipe is old, there is no evidence of leakage at this time. He was very friendly and professional and best of all didn't charge anything!! We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

Fine. Worker had to run snake three times to clean out the line and spent approximately one hour on the job.

They did a great job and they left the place clean.

The technician, John, was prompt, professional, and helpful. He quickly solved the problem and then helped us understand how we could avoid the problem in the future. We were struck by his helpfulness and his honesty. He could have told us that we needed a new disposal unit so that we would have spent three or four times what the service cost, but he simply went to work on unlocked the unit.

The service was done without incident and the plumber was very professional. I would use them again.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I called at 830am. they siatd I was on a list I called AT 11AM 1:30PM 3:30pm and then at 4:50pm. That kept telling me they would get to me. When I called at 5:40pm she said Im sorry the tech is going to be tied up all night and we need to schedule you for Monday I have poop in my bathtub I cant use the toilet and they knew that this morning. If they DONT HAVE THE MANPOWER why are they featured as a GREAT SUPER SERVICE AND GET AN AWARD I am beyond upset/ I depend on this booklet to provide me with reliable people .This company is irresponsible. Now I have to call Rotor Rooter..They claim they will give you 20.00 off but what kind of value is this if they don'T0.00 show up.

Not so good, the clog was back in a day. I called company back and the gentlemen said I should have cleanouts installed. He said he could be out first thing in the morning and it would cost about $1600. I said I had to get owner approval, but to plan on coming anyway so we could try the drain snake again and run a camera to find the clog. He called in the morning and I told him the owner would not approve the cleanouts and for us to get in to crawl space to better access the drain. He never showed up. In the mean time I went to Home Depot, rented a powered drain cleaner and proceeded to run a 100" of cable to unclog my drain. Bottom line, I felt like I was being duped into installing some preferred cleanouts vs just running a powered drain cable. I've never in my life ran this machine and I had the water flowing in a few hours.

The service was okay. They came out when they said they would. He cleaned up when he was done.

On about 5/5/14 I called Reddi Plumber's and asked what the price would be to clean and scope my sewer line. I spoke with Toby. I explained that it would have to be done through a roof vent because I don't have a ground level clean out that is required in order to get the $79 Angie's List special for that service. Toby told me they would do the job going through the roof vent for $175. I agreed, and we scheduled the work for between 10 -12 am on 5/6/14. I waited that day until noon, and when no one came I called Reddi and asked when their workers would arrive. The person on the phone said they would be here within 40 minutes. About 2pm two Reddi workers came. I asked them why they were so late, and they said the office in Phoenix doesn't know the schedule of the people in the field, and should give times of arrival. They asked me what service I needed. I told them what I had told Toby the day before. I mentioned the $175 price. They told me they wouldn't do the job for $175. When I told them Toby had quoted me that price, they said their "home boy" Toby couldn't quote prices from Phoenix for work in Albuquerque. At that point I asked them to leave. I immediately called Toby and told him what had happened. He said he would have the manager call me. I have never heard from Reddi Plumbing again. This was a very bad experience. Stay away from the company!

After not receiving the promised email, I contacted John again on 4/8/2014 (approximately). he told me that he had been able to figure out where to obtain the necessary permits to do the work. Therefore, he hadn't proceeded with the estimate. He suggested that I find out where he should apply for the permit and call him back. Then he would work up the estimate. I was extremely disappointed that I had to call him to find this out. I wasted time that I could have proceeded with the project with someone else. I also thought that is was unprofessional of him to ask me to find out where he could get the permits. I would have given him an F grade, but he seemed like a nice man that had too much to do.

They are very good and reasonable. They have emergency services. If my hose bib explodes on Saturday night, they will come out on Sunday and fix it without charging extra for that.

They returned, free of charge, when the sewer clogged again. Appreciated their goodwill and efforts to do a good job.

They were on time and professional. I chose another company to do the work.

He came out a couple of times and it was a good experience. I had to dig some of it out and replace about 40 feet of pipe. Then they came out and did the rest of it. They ran a camera through the sewer pipe and discovered that it was broken. Then they gave us options and ideas of how to do it. They were good about coming out and their follow-up was good. I would use them again.

Steven was careful to get the job done and make sure there weren't any leaks. He was a little inefficient, but friendly, and trustworthy

They got it all taken care of. I was still having the same problem after they left the first time. I contacted them and told them I was still having a problem. The gentleman that came out was by himself, and when he was running the system up the sewer line he said that he could only go so far up the line. He had a concern about going up past the turn and breaking the commode. They never did do the video that was part of the Big Deal. They said that they were going to make it right but I never heard from them. I finally got in contact with and scheduled a time for them to come out. They got all the stuff set up and did show me a video of the line like they were supposed to on the second time they came out. Everything turned out okay and I haven’t had any problems since they came back out the second time.

Service provider had to return numerous times w/o resolving problem, because of equipment not being heavy duty enough. The provider worked very hard, but unfortunately did not manage to fix problem.

I think the toilets work better now, but there is still a question about one of them. Time will tell. He did everything humanly possible.

Installer was punctual, but his work order only said "install hot water heater". It did not say that he was supposed to bring it with him. This seemed to be a communication problem with the main office. Once the installer went and got the hot water heater, all proceeded as expected. The job was completed well, area left clean and the installer was very courteous. I would use them again.

Provider and I originally had confusion on date service to be provided. Provider was very appropriate regarding mistake. on date provider came to house, he explained that replacing drain was very expensive and problem could be solved with rubber disc purchased at hardware store. Instead of replacing drain, I asked provider to replace damaged grout around tub. All bad grout was chipped out, and new correct grout installed. I was very pleased with the result.

Excellent service, timely and informative. Rather than schedule another service call he explained how I could resolve the problem on my own and save me hundreds of dollars. His advice was excellent. I would highly recommend Reddit for any plumbing needs.

eaWe first called and was given a high price ($120) and was told that there were no coupons available. When we mentioned Angie's list, he lowered the price by $20. We then checked on Angie's list and saw a bid deal for $79 for other work, similar but different. When we called back, they said the deal was for different work, but they would honor the price. The workman (who was different from the man who came 12 months ago) cleaned the drain with his electric auger professionally and thoroughly and cleaned up after himself well.
