Description of Work: Roto rooter service out to the street, and into the home sewer pipe. Very good, quick, professional results. |Will use them again. Coupon saved about half of normal cost. Michael.

Description of Work: I received the deal through Angie's List and paid for the service through a credit card. After that we then had Reddi Service come out to do the job. They completed the job but asked for payment in person which I gave them a check forgetting if I had already paid before when signing up. He said no problem, if I had already paid, they would send a refund back to me. So far I have contacted them twice with no call back as to when they are sending me a check for the refund of one of the two payments I made to them. Work was done on May 28th and it is now June 17th and still waiting for a refund and or a call back. Granted I should have remembered if I had already paid or not, but the company needs to be responsible also and return one of the payments.

Description of Work: They cleaned the sewer lines of tree growth from house to the street . Arrived on time after working around our time line and were very professional.

Description of Work: They replaced a clogged hose on my almost year-old washer. I think nearby construction at a school had caused it. LG service contractor had replaced some plugged valves (maybe) but refused to look at the "plumbing" because he thought there was something wrong with the hot water connection!

Description of Work: Having my drains snaked & using camera sounded like a good way to know how sound my drains to the street are. My flushing of the toilet some times needed more then one flush, even tho I used root free inorganic material when most needed. When Cody said I could possibly have the smaller snake equipment used at the same time when I was replacing my Old toilet with a new dual flush, I said I'd call when I purchased the toilet, which I did yesterday. John came out this afternoon, after my calling Reddi this morning. He said it was not possible to snake without installing clean outs. He was also considerate enough, when I mentioned asking Angie's for a reimbursement, that he thought that would be possible. I let him know that when I received the 10" rough in toilet, to replace the 12 " I had in the box which he thought was gonna be a tight fit, I would call him.

Description of Work: Reddi Services in Albuquerque were VERY competent and professional. Tim Tillerman was punctual and friendly. He was fast and explained each step of the process to me. One of my toilets was not flushing properly and became more worrisome as time past. He used his sewer camera to inspect the lines from the toilet all the way to the street. I flushed each toilet so he could visualize how efficiently they were working. He also inspected for root invasion, and luckily there was none. He offered several suggestions to solving my flushing problem, and I will certainly follow his advise. Since the problem toilet is one of the very early low volume flush types. It could be that there is not enough pressure to push waste through the system. I will definitely see about replacing it. I found the whole process very well organized and painless. Description of Work: Reddi Services didn't service the Santa Fe area and called to let us know this. It took me a while to get back to Angie's list on this fact. They provided a list of other plumbers who would do the work and we decided that it wasn't necessary to get this service performed.

Description of Work: They ran a scope down my major drain pipe to the street, and told me it was perfectly clean. How does one know about something like this? I was worried about tree roots clogging my pipes, but they said there were none. They were very friendly and informative.

Description of Work: Bought a deal from Angie's list to have outside sewage pipe inspected and cleaned. Pipes were clear so I was able to save the clean out portion to be used later. Heck of a good deal.

Description of Work: If you need a plumber NOW call these guys. They arrive quickly and fix your problem professionally and discuss the work with you before starting, no surprises.I had a leaking pipe under some bushes in front of my house and a leaking water heater and they fixed both as quickly as possible. Dennis even had the foresight to call the utility companies to mark their lines on a friday afternoon before my sons started digging up the bushes to find the leak. This may have prevented an injury or accident and I am so grateful for this attention to detail. You don't see that often today. Tim is like this also, they are a great team. I already have more work planned for them. Thanks again guys
