Gabe, did an excellent job. I feel like he has high integrity and follows through with what he says he is going to do.

Everything went well. They were very nice and seemed knowledgeable. However, we ended up going with another company because the other company seemed to be a much better fit for what we wanted.

Gabe came out to estimate, and was knowledgeable about all aspects of the job. He warned us about potential issues with the floor that we had, and was very cost effective. He was highly professional and very fair in the costs to re-do part of the floor that didn't meet my expecations originally. I would certainly work with him again!

They were excellent. I was very pleased. The quality with both products was excellent and has lasted.

They overall experience was excellent. Without letting us know, they left us a gift that we weren't expecting. They left us a hardwood flooring cleaning kit!

They worked overtime to make sure it was done correctly. They sanded, screened and finished the floors.

Smith & Sons Flooring is so fabulous! It looked like the hardwood flooring was separating. But Gabe came out and explained everything to me. He said the matter would resolve itself in a matter of weeks and it was. They are an extremely responsive company. He told me if anything happened to the floor beyond the 1 year warranty he would take care of it. Gabe is extremely professional. He takes time to explain exactly what the issue is and what is going to happen. He called to see if he could come earlier, which made my day easier. He brought a worker that had laid the floor with him to help give an explanation I could understand.

We interviewed several companies before deciding on Smith & Sons to do the job. We chose them based on their professional presentation, knowledge of the product, ability to get the type of wood we wanted and an all around good feeling. On the recommendation of all of the contractors we interviewed, we purchased new baseboard from Wood Molding Specialists thinking that we would have to finish and install it ourselves, but Gabe quoted a price to do the extra finishing and installation that was very reasonable. We went with unfinished hickory for the floors that they finished after installation and couldn't be happier. The installation took a couple of days longer than we had hoped but was well worth the wait. They did a fanned transition to the front bedrooms that is amazing. They also did an excellent job of preparing for the future installation of tile flooring in the kitchen/dining area, the tile will be much higher than the now existing floor. I can't say enough about the fabulous job they did. They were very neat and cleaned up everywhere when they were done and showed us how to maintain the floors with products they provided.

My overall experience with them was good and they did a good job. I would use their services in the future too.

They are very nice people to deal with. All workers were very professional and on time. I found the price to be quite reasonable. I chose this company because they have a dust containment machine which is used during the sanding process. If a company doesn't have this type of machine, I was told you have to clean your walls, etc. afterwards. The floor came out just beautiful! They even provided me with a free wood floor cleaning kit at the end of the job.

There was confusion between the sales team and the installation crew about the baseboards. Originally, they were not supposed to be removed, yet they were. The sales team was very responsive and scheduled the carpenter to install new baseboards free of charge. The installation team splashed grout everywhere, and I am still finding it on wall, cabinets, and doors. Several of the tiles are uneven or do not have enough grout between them. It is not bad enough to warrant the company reinstalling the tile, but it is a minor annoyance. However, the sales team and the show room were excellent to work with, maybe I just got a bad installation team.

THERE WERE A COUPLE OF PLACES THE WORKMANSHIP WAS A LITTLE SHODDY. FOR THE MOST PART, I AM SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID AND FEEL THEY DID AN OVERALL GOOD JOB.

THEY ARE VERY METICULOUS AND PAY GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THEIR PRICES HAVE GONE UP SINCE WE USED THEM BEFORE, BUT IF YOU WANT THE BEST SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO PAY A LITTLE MORE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THEY DEMONSTRATED QUALITY WORK. THEY WERE VERY SKILLED CRAFTSMAN AND VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS. THEY WERE EXCELLENT OVERALL. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL AND ON TIME.
