The tech worked quickly and efficiently. We did not have to move furniture, although I moved some to expose places that seemed to be favorites of the centipedes of unusual size, or CUSes. Our main problem scorpions. That problem is solved. The only CUSes we have seen since then were ailing and easily disposed with.

He listened to what mattered to us. We didn't want the bad bugs to get in, but we also wanted to protect the lizards, geckos and good bugs that were important to our environment. So far, so good. The gal that answers the phone is awesome! I called cold, and she won me over.

Pest Defense Solutions came to my house at the time scheduled and sprayed for bugs. They (Skylar) were very professional and courteous. I was so impressed with all the bugs killed that I scheduled a contract with them.

After interviewing me yo determine what kind of pests I had seen, they then went through the house inside and out and sprayed their chemicals.

Pest Defense is great. They are always on time, thorough, and communicative. They are also flexible about scheduling regular treatments (we are doing every other month and skipping winter months). They seem to be slightly higher priced than some other exterminators, but not excessively so, and they're reliable so we'll stick with them. I also like that they will come by between scheduled visits if we need them to (we haven't needed it). Overall, I recommend Pest Defense.

Garret showed up within the time window. He identified the type of ground wasp and eliminated them. Also helped me with an ant issue free of charge.

I called Pest Solutions midday because I had tried everything I could (short of a nuclear warhead) to get rid of some bees that were nesting in railroad ties near my shed. I had already been stung several times forgetting they were there. I also have two small dogs and was worried about them being stung. Garrett came out the same afternoon and told me they are mud dauber bees that can be very aggressive. He put on his bee suit and lifted the railroad tie and proceeded to spray an immense number of bees and pulled up their hive which was deep under the wood. I am so glad I decided to have him come out. It was worth every penny! Incredible response and professionalism. Because of their responsiveness and help I will now use them for regular service.

They arrived in the time window specified, which was great as I live in the East Mountain area outside of Albuquerque. They promptly did an inspection of the area where I had observed earlier what I thought were carpenter ants emerging from a baseboard near a door. They confirmed that the insects I observed were carpenter ants. They also readily answered all my questions regarding the ants, other insects, and mice we occasionally contend with. They then suggested a local treatment for the carpenter ants stating that there was no need to worry and that an extensive treatment was not necessary. They did the local treatment for the ants and instructed me to check on the area every couple weeks. If needed, they would return to retreat the area.

I called two days prior to appointment. They showed up within the 2-hour window.....albeit with 5 minutes to spare. The guy was quick and professional. Bugs started dying on the spot. Mostly, we wanted the nest of black widow spiders eradicated. It seems to have worked. I feel safe and cozy within the friendly confines of my home now, safe from nasty, multi-legged things.
