I have had for seven years and the three have been terrible. In that time I never had the same person spray or did anyone do what the were supposed to do. So I finally decided that I had enough and stop the so called service.

Did not show up and rude during reschedule

Bi monthly application. They return anytime between scheduled applications at no additional cost if any problem.

Used them for 2 years and over time the bugs seemed less and less impacted by the chemicals.

. No call-no show for estimate & discussion. Spent my whole Saturday morning waiting for them.

He sprayed and the problem was resolved. Very happy with the results.

Service is nothing as described in the website or from the reviews I read. I was supposed to get an "initial" service that claimed to sweep and spray all eves and overhangs which was not done. They promised to granulate grass out to 30 feet out from your home, this was not done at all. According to their site they power spray walls, around doors and windows, this was not done. For indoor they claimed to give an interior crack and crevice treatment to better protect your home! None of this took place when I signed up for my initial service. I asked the person that came out to spray if there was anything different he was supposed to do differently because this was my first treatment and he said no, then he walked around the house with a handheld sprayer and left. I'm still seeing ants, spiders, roaches, pretty much everything I told them about when I called in. It has been three weeks since my "initial" service and I feel like I'm out $100! I called the office to let them know I was not satisfied with the service and that i wanted to cancel. Laura from the office took down my information and said she was going to call me back. An hour later when their office was closing I still hadn't received a call so I called back and I was told I should have cancelled within the first 3 days of signing the contract. A contract that I never received a copy of! It CLEARLY shows on their website here [*** Link removed ***] that there is a 30 day money back guarantee. I am within the 30 days and not happy and they are refusing to cancel my contract. I'm surprised to see so many good reviews for this please with the experience that I have gotten so far. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Still some ants, although I'm going to use their free re-spray offer son.

Great! Ants are a recurring problem affecting the enjoyment of our patio. We've used this service satisfactorily the last 2 years. Treatment is effective, although it usually takes 2 treatments.

I use them all the time. They are great. I have them on a contract. I think it is every two months. The cost is per service. It depends on how long but it's anywhere from a half an hour to an hour. The workers are very professional.

The two people i dealt with were great. I called got an appointment the next day. Man came out looked around and gave me a quote which was reasonable and then the next week another person came sprayed and have not had bug problems since.

tech was running quite late, but other than that the work they perform is always topnotch. I use them at several rental properties. I like that return visit in 2 weeks is included for free if necessary. one property needed a re-spray the other two did not.

Professional and excellent service as always

From the first call for an estimate the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Although we had to leave a message initially, they were quick to call back, answer questions and get us scheduled. On the day of service, the gentleman who came to our home, Kaleb, arrived on time and thoroughly explained what to expect. He sprayed inside and outside of our home, always communicating what he saw and what he recommended for the future. We saw immediate results from our service. Within a few hours after Kaleb left there were significantly less ants, and now 48 hours later we cant find a single one! Overall we really appreciated the budget friendly price, quick scheduling, odor-free products, and staff knowledge. We also liked that the product they used treated for a wide variety of pests. We will definitely be using this company again.

When we call them they set up the appointment very quickly. They call us to remind us when they think it is due and they don't get mad if we don't have it done. Then we wall them later and have it done. They are attentive to our needs. Anything we needs they come out and take care of. I think their cost is reasonable. The price is good, it is about the same as anybody else around here. They have always been good with us; they take care of us. If I tell them I have a problem with ants they will come back and redo it just to get rid of the ants for free as long as it is within the three months that we have them come. We found a little field mouse out by our garage and they came out and set traps to make sure it was gone; that was all part of our service when they came that day. When we call it doesn't take but a day or so for them to get here. They set a date that is convenient for us and them -- more for us, probably. They give us a two-hour window that they will be here and they are always there. We don't have to sit around and wait on them. They call us before they come or when they are on their way. They call either the home phone or cell phone.

Very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable

I was very satisfied. Garrett was a pleasure to deal with, from the initial phone conversation to the date the work was completed on site. The crew were very professional, diligent and courteous.

They showed up on time. The employee was thorough and friendly. Based on the plan I signed up for, they visit every 2 months. On time!! They always ask if I need the house sprayed. I really like these guys!

They were suppose to come out in September of 2014 to look at my property to make sure they termites were gone. I never heard from them again.

After meeting with the owner/boss and telling him I was reluctant to treat inside my home because of dogs and children he. Said they would only treat in the crevice of the room. The technician came out today to treat and spilled chemicals all over my wood floor.....I kid you not a chemical spill in my home!!!! The technician was apologetic and cleaned it up, but who knows if the chemicals are still there. He stated that there is USUALLY not a problem is they get it cleaned up right away. So this happens a lot I guess. I would never use this company and refused further treatment, as I had no confidence they could do a safe effective treatment on my home. My absolute worst experience ever with a pest control company. They are incompetent and have faulty equipment and/or their technicians are poorly trained and have no idea what they are doing.

Excellent service, excellent results, very professional! I started with this company in 2014- I was over run with black widows, they fixed that! Their weed spray is also very effective, I no longer have a forest of cockle burr sticker weeds. Sheila

They were supposed to give me a 40% discount from the magazine which should have been $54.80 off, but they said that they would discount me $30.00. When I showed him the discount he said that was what the $30.00 of was for, but he refused to honor it further. He also refused to do the service until I paid him. I moved what I could in the backyard, but I am disabled. He was just spraying around the heavy items. I finally asked him to help me move some of it. He did, but only for a few things which he never moved back. They were like dealing with robots and very condescending. They also had to call me to see what my correct address was. They also thought they were supposed to spray inside the house and in the front yard, I corrected him and said just the backyard. He said that eliminating things from the list would not bring down the price and that it would be the same regardless. I paid quite a bit for 12x20 ft of spraying.

Once provider visited the house he wanted to confirm if I really wanted the "deluxe" package that I was told about on the phone. I didn't want it, so I told him so. (I really appreciated that) We talked about what I really needed done, which was removal of mice from my home. I'm not sure how they got into the house. We did have the habit of leaving our back door open so the dog could come and go. (Not a great idea) I learned extensively about the critters and they proceeded to plug every hole I had in the house. I didn't know that they can in through the roof. (Get out of town!) I am confident that my house is rodent proof. (at least for the time being) There was no chemicals that were left, just old fashioned mouse traps. Within two weeks the mice were gone. Work was done to my satisfaction and the servicemen were polite, timely and professional. I would use them again.
