It was fine. I haven’t seen any bugs. I wasn't there when they showed up.

We live next to an open field and we get a lot of ants and scorpions. Two guys came out and the entire house was sprayed in 30 minutes inside and out. We never saw any more pests the entire season. Told me to keep our dog away from the porch until the spray dried.

He was very thorough. Yard was littered with dead roaches the next day. Suppressed the ants for a good while.

I purchased an Angie's list Big Deal last spring when I had a persistent ant invasion in the kitchen. It took more than one treatment to resolve but the ants were gone after second treatment. I haven't seen any since then and the only roaches I see are outside and dead. They come every other month on the day and at the time they notify me of by phone.

Arrived on time, was understanding of other people I had in the house and sprayed the rooms in the sequence requested. On time and accommodating!

Arrived on time. Very polite and knowledgable. Very careful around the safety of our dogs. He even removed black widow spider webs. He explained everything before hand and then reviewed what he had done when he finished the job. Great company. I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

They were really good. They made an appointment that next week after I purchased the Big Deal and there were no extra charges to the Big Deal. They were just professional. They were nice. Everybody, the receptionist to the guy that came out was just very professional and they did what they had to do. I would use them again. The price was good since it was a Deal and I have not seen any bugs.

Excellent. Very quick and efficient; very quick and efficient; cooperative, responsive; and friendly. . I can't answer the question about "quality" yet, because it takes time for the bugs to recoup. So far (two weeks later) I have not seen any live pests.

Garret Sego. Excellent service!! Helped with problem that Orkin wouldn't touch that involved getting up on the roof and stopping some ant entry points and covering some vents that mice used. Orkin would not get on roof even to look.

Everything went well, from the initial phone call, making the appointment to having the technician service the call. Marcus, the technician, promptly arrived shortly after the 11 AM appointment window began (11 AM to 1 PM). Marcus was professional, informative and patient with any and all questions I had. He identified the type of roaches we had and explained their behaviors and tendencies. He was thorough in his work and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I noted that I had a few ant hills in the front yard and he sprayed those as well. He took care of any spider webs he saw on the eaves. It's been about a week since the treatment and we already see dead or dying critters especially in the drive way so I feel it is working. Overall great experience with Pest Defense Solutions. I highly recommend. I hope that I will never need their services again (wink) but I would do so if and when it's needed again.
