Initial service: We take extra care to treat all areas that are conducive to pest problems. Our initial service is effective in eradicating adult insects. We recommend follow up service over the next 30 to 45 days to treat eggs left behind that can result in ongoing pest problems. 2. Exterior: Most pest problem originate from outside. This is the reason for our thorough 4-step exterior service. Pest Defense Solutions sweeps and sprays all eves and overhangs. We granulate grass out to 30 feet out from your home to create a landscaping barrier. We use a power spray on walls, around doors and windows. And we create a landscape barrier around bushes, trees, and even your water meter. 3. Interior: Most customers like the fact that we don’t need to service the interior every visit because Pest Defense Solutions does such a thorough exterior service. However, upon request anytime, Pest Defense Solutions will provide an interior crack and crevice treatment to better protect your home. We will even wear shoe coverings to help keep your home clean!

Description of Work: They sprayed the inside and outside of our home. The young man who came to perform the service was very polite and informative. He sprayed all around the house, close to the building and also around the perimeter of the yard targeting ants, roaches, spiders and box elder bugs. We were especially having issues with an explosion of box elder bugs, which don't really harm the plants but were everywhere and roaches in the backyard, because we have a pool. I was worried how well it would work because it rained later that day but it did not seem to affect the results at all. The company was very responsive, and I would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Sprayed inside and was supposed to spray outside. | |I wasn't home when they came, renter was. I can't truly confirm whether they did or didn't spray outside but I have ants now. I don't want to be negative about this company because I am not sure. I generally used another company but the price for Pest Solutions was worth trying them out.

Description of Work: They exterminated with particular attention to ants. However, the ants came back shortly after their visit, and I needed to retreat myself. I gave them that feedback, and they said that had I notified them promptly, they would have retreated at no charge. However, to date, I have stymied the ants.
