The Pest Defense technician arrived promptly for both the initial evaluation and on the service day. He was clear and informative about termite habits and all aspects of the work to be done. On the service day, work was completed in the time estimated. Good care was taken to minimize the appearance of disturbance to my concrete and landscaping.

The inspector was punctual, and patient and courteous without being patronizing. His knowledge and experience was extensive and he answered our questions and concerns in a straight-forward manner. His inspection was thorough and included explanations. He didn't find termites, so recommended against treatment. A less principled individual might have told us otherwise. We highly recommend this trustworthy company and will use them for our future pest control needs.

The technician was very punctual and thorough. Hopefully the treatment was effective and the termites won't return.

I scheduled service for my home with Pest Defense. I asked for the first available date, which happened to be a Saturday, between noon and 4. A four hour window is a long time. No one EVER SHOWED UP!!!! I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I was very happy. They were professional and thorough. They are now my regular pest control company. The second time they came it rained about halfway through the service and I think it made it less effective. However, they came back a week later and resprayed outside for no charge so I really appreciated their willingness to respray because of the rain.

Nothing...Did not show up at the scheduled appointment time (2 hour window). Did not call to explain or reschedule. Very unprofessional.

They were brilliant. We are really happy with them. If there are any issues between their calls, because they do come out on a regular basis, they'll come out for free. Their price comparatively is good.

Regarding service by Pest Defense Solutions, the provider did an outstanding job as far as service and application of product. I can't remember the exact price; however it was in line or slightly lower than what other pest companies charge. I gave a low grade for quality only because the company does not carry the indoor product that I prefer to use and have used from other companies in the past. This is also the reason I will not use this company again. If they had had this product, I would have given them all A's.

I chose this company because they use eco-safe products, and I wanted to be certain that neither my pets nor pollinators such as bees would be harmed. The technician was very good at answering my questions and explaining how the spray worked. I asked many since I've never used an exterminator before. He advised that I do have some termite activity but they are very slow to do damage, so extermination of them could wait a few years. He quoted the cost of termite treatment, which is several hundred dollars, so I really appreciated his explanation. I signed a yearly contract for them to return every 6 weeks.

Approximately a week after the treatment there was no results. In other words no weeds were dieing, other than some grass. I called the company, requesting Garret return my call, as instructed by Warren and Shea. Garret did not return my call, instead Shea called saying he would return to spray the property again on the 25th. I waited around on the 25th only to receive a message from Shea that he was not coming out , because he wanted to wait till after it rained for the "chemicals" to react. Not an exact quote, but I have the voice mail. Well, time passed and I called again asking for Garret, no response. I called on June the 4th, Thursday, once again asking to speak with Garret; he was out. I had no response. Tuesday the 9th I hired another company to clean up the mess . I received a call the close of the day from Pest Defense they wanted to come out to spray that Saturday, but it was to late. I feel I gave them plenty of time to make things right. In my opinion this company took advantage of me as a disabled vet and made no attempt to make things right. This is a dishonorable company.

It went very smoothly and professionally. We signed up for the yearly contract which means they will come and spray bi-monthly. After the initial visit we have had very few insects.

Great. the first time the technician did not spray inside the house. I called and he returned and compelted what I asked for very promptly.

Two technicians showed up and treated the home. They explained everything they were going to do BEFORE they did it, and then took time to speak to us afterwards about routine maintenance. They explained the other products they used for "special" situations, which made us feel good that if things needed a more intense treatment, they were able to do this. We were set up on a maintenance contract where they will supply service every-other-month. Within two weeks of their initial visit, we received a letter in the mail stating our maintenance schedule so that we could put it on our calendars and be prepared for them to arrive. Both techs were very knowledgeable, personable, and professional.

They have a great system, fast and very complete, no problem with our pets. The bugs were truly gone and stayed gone till the next spraying, we do every 6 months.

They have come out 3 times this year so far with mixed results. The plan is for them to come out and spray every 2 months. The First 2 months they came Jan & Feb and will go month to month following. So there last visit was in April. I purchased year long service. Over all the techs that have come out are professional. I still get roaches coming in the house from time-to-time. The positive thing is when I see the roaches they are dead so the spray is working. The negative thing is that I would prefer not to have roaches come in at all. So I'm not sure if there is more to be done. I need to check with them for more strategies to prevent them from getting in the house. I will work with them a few more times and see. I am fairly knew to New Mexico so I am not certain how bad the roach issue is here. I mostly lived in the midwest before here and never had roach issues.

We have had problems with ants in our kitchen for years. After trying to handle this ourselves, it was time to call in the experts! Teri was professional when she scheduled our appointment and explained the scope of their services, without pressuring us to take a service agreement. On the day of service, Garrett arrived promptly and immediately ascertained the source of our ant infestation (under the flagstones outside at our back porch). He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions that we had. He was knowledgable, professional and courteous. He recommended up to 2 follow up visits, again, without trying to talk us into a service agreement. My husband had been skeptical for years about calling in an exterminator, and even he was very happy with today's visit. Of course, we shall see how effective the initial treatment has been within 4 to 5 weeks.

Things have gone very well with them.

I am still using them and they are great. They are very conscientious. They are also very thorough. Their staff are very polite.

I was having trouble with mice and they put traps down. They spray for ants, spiders and cockroaches. I'm not sure if I will renew the contract when it is up in May.

I'm very happy with them. I pay roughly $35 monthly for the service.
