I am very happy with them. They've been great. They were here two days after I've bought the deal and then they've been back for a follow-up. It's an every other month pest service. They always seem very polite, very nice, very knowledgeable and very thorough. They were cheaper than my service in Houston. There were no additional charges. They gave me the discount for signing up for a year, just as they said they would.

I sold my house and the people who bought it wanted a pest control service. I called them and they did the job. They were very efficient and I haven't heard anything from the people whether it worked or not.

They did what they said they were going to do, and the work was excellent.

They sent out a young guy who spent five minutes looking for bedbugs and tried to sell me an ant, roach and spider spray on a weekly basis. He was completely useless. He made a cursory examination looking for what I do have a problem with.

The service person arrived on time and asks about any concerns that I may have... He checked the mouse bait stations that were left the time before and he serviced those. treated and sprayed the outside for a variety of pests and also sprayed the inside for me. There is no 'smell' to the products used and they are safe for pets to be on right away.

The operator came out as promised on the date we had selected. His service was professional and thorough. Two days later, however, the ants returned so I called for a re-do. A different operator came and re-sprayed. Ants did appear for a couple of days after that, but then were gone and have not returned.

Excellent! I literally watched huge roaches die for weeks after he sprayed outside. Come in my yard will they?! We only saw 2 tiny roaches in the house but no more now! I think the word has spread amongst them but apparently no one told the ants. They're still kicking around but what are you gonna do.... Cameron, I think was his name, was informative, polite and professional. I tipped him $20.00 for precisely that.

We still have ant problems - their work has lessened the problem, but they are going to come back out and spray again. I signed the contract with them because when they came out to do a termite inspection and mice removal, they were so nice and professional about it. We felt comfortable signing a contract with them - they spray for fleas, ticks, spiders, ants, and other insects. Also, they use treatments that don't harm the animals we have. They will give a two hour spread of when they will show up, and they've always showed up during that time window. We're pleased with what they've done.

The gentleman, Cameron, came on time and did a thorough spraying on the outside of my father's house. He then went and sprayed for the outside and inside of my father's little rental house. Very courteous, clean, and open to sharing what goes on in terms of pesticide control. In second of June, we had calls from the tenants that there were live roaches, ants, and spiders inside the house. Soon there after, I found a big spider on my pillow (I would have preferred a chocolate bar instead!). Also found increase ant activity in bathroom. I call them. They were very nice and came back (at no charge) to rectify the situations at both houses. The same young man, Cameron came to both houses. He found the ant colonies at both houses and took care of that accordingly. He resprayed certain areas. Since then, we and the tenants (as far as I know as they have not called us) -- have not had any live pests. What we now see are dead ones. Yes, we would utilize their services again. Thank you.

I called the company and set up an appointment time for when I would be at the house. The service representative showed up within the specified timeframe and very professionally examined the house, garage, backyard and all samples of bugs that I had collected. He then proceeded to spray using a powerful but non-toxic to pets product in the garage, along the baseboards of the house, and in a six foot barrier along the outside of the house. He also placed bait traps to take care of the cockroach issue.

I had purchased a Big Deal for Pest Control Treatment on 6/6/13. They came out within 3-4 business days to perform the service and unfortunately I wasn't there but my daughter was and said that he did show a little late but came in and did what he was suppose to. He told her that if we still see creatures or anything flying around after 30 days he will come back for free. So since the 30 days aren't up just yet and we are pending the final result of their treatment. We have seen a few spiders and flying ants outside and some ants on the inside. It may be less but I want to see over the next few weeks it may take some time.

It went good. There isn't alot to say about spraying for bugs.

They did a good job and I got rid of all of the ants that have been bothering me for years. They came when they said they were going to come and if they were going to be a little late, they informed me.

They were very good. We have new puppies and wanted to make sure they needed to spray inside or outside. They really made sure the puppies were taken care of. They did the outside and garage. They provided good suggestions as to what services we needed now and in the future. We were so satisfied that we signed up for quarterly treatments with them.
