The interior and exterior of my home were thoroughly treated. The service and timeliness was excellent!!

All visits were by knowledgeable persons who exhibited interest in hearing about issue areas. After initial visit and treatment a follow-up was anticipated and delivered promptly when needed and without cost. Contract called for second visit which was provided on time exhibiting same level of professional concern for issues.

My wife arranged the appointment. They came over and did a pretty decent job. We did not have any complaints. The gentleman came out the next day as promised and we set up for another treatment in the spring. We had some ants and spiders that we wanted them to treat. We have tried the all traditional methods; but we are hoping that Pest Defense Solutions were able to take care of that for us. We are environmentally cautious. They had good experience and they even pointed out a black widow nest as well. All of this work was done outdoors. The only drawback was that my wife has a lot of outdoor plants and I feel like some of the treatment had gotten onto them.

Levi showed up within the expected time frame. He was very courteous. He asked me where I had the pest control problems and advised he would spray heavily in those areas. He sprayed every room along the walls and furniture. and then using the power spray he sprayed the garage and exterior around the house. I then asked him if he could do the granules in the back yard and he said he could, no extra charge. I asked him again about safety and he assured me it was safe, but suggested some people don't like to use the granules in grass if they use it to feed animals (horses etc). Since all I have is gravel I had him to go ahead and do it. He was done in about 30 minutes. The only issues I had were that he accidentally stepped on a hole cover we have in our yard that's made of a light weight sheet metal and bent it, but he apologized and offered to fix it. I told him not to worry about it and was able to put it right again shortly after he left. And he left the gate open to the back yard and one of my dogs got out. In his defense, I did tell him the dogs wouldn't run out, but I meant just for the time it takes to open the gate and enter the yard, they won't bolt, but if left open they will leave. Overall though, I was happy with the service, and will likely use their service again in the future when necessary.

They were easy to deal with in setting up an appointment and were punctual and efficient. My bugs are gone.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was good. They were local. They told us not to go through Angie's List next time though. That sounded strange.

After the company came and sprayed have not had a problem since. Haven't even seen an ant.

Did not show up at all for scheduled service. They never called. I had to call them and reschedule. Couldn't get to me for another week. Once they did show up, they did a thorough job. Sprayed around the perimeter of my yard as well as around the house. Sprayed indoors as well. It seems to be working as I haven't seen as many roaches. I should have asked them to spray the attic crawl space. Likely would have cost more but would have been worth it. I had a roach land on me in the bathroom after it had crawled through the bathroom ceiling vent! Sadly I cannot rate them higher due to their fumbling the scheduled appointment. If a company can't make an appointment they absolutely need to call the customer.

Inspected the damage within two days of being contacted. Treated the infestation within 2 weeks. Arrived on the appointed date with an assistant and all the necessary tools and equipment on time. The work was done with a minimum of disruption and inconvenience. The crew was pleasant, well mannered and attentive to the details of the job. When done, they restored things to their original locations (flower pots etc.) and cleaned-up all of the work-area residue.

Outstanding... punctual, detailed... ants are gone!

This went well for us. This service was for my rental where the couple living there is was pregnant with their first baby. I wanting and needing an environmentally safe solution that would work to keep our tenants safe and happy used Pest defense solutions. My tenants were happy with their work and for me it was a no brainer when it came time to repeat the process. We used their services in the spring and again in the fall. I plan to us them again.

Serviceman (Cameron) was on time, courteous and knowledgable. He took his time and hit areas I requested. He also answered all of my questions. A good experience.

I bought the special and couldn't have been happier. They scheduled promptly, answered all my questions, were great with my dogs, and the smell was hardly noticeable. I ended up signing up for ongoing service.

The provider did a thorough job of spraying and explained in detail what he had done. He also informed us of the possibility of engaging in a quarterly maintenance plan for pest spraying and told us what to expect as far as dead and dying pests appearing in the ensuing couple of weeks.

It went fine. I didn't pay anything extra. He was real friendly and really explained everything to me and tell me what it would be if I wanted to go on to maintenance program. He was very upfront on the price and they did what they said they would do. They were punctual and professional. I would use them again in the future.

Pest Defense arrived on time to perform my initial service. It was lightly raining that day, so after he finished spraying, he said he'd be happy to come back in a few days to spray again. I had him come again and do the outside and he just left a note on the door that he'd sprayed. The scheduler that I spoke with on the phone was helpful and clear. I haven't had any bugs, and the price can't be beat - so I'm happy! I signed a contract to have them come 6 more times over the next year, and I appreciate that they will allow me to schedule them as I see fit. Some extermination companies require you do service over the winter months no matter what - whereas Pest Defense allows the customer to push the service out if you don't want it when you don't need it. Overall, I'm happy with the company!

They came and dug up a nest and sprayed. When the ants came back, they sprayed again at no charge because we were out of town for three weeks after the first service. They didn't dig or look for nests the second time. We still have ants.
