The young man arrived and got right to work. He sprayed the back yard and payed particular attention to the areas around the pool as I had asked him to. He also sprayed the garage and all of the interior rooms of the house. He was very polite and made certain not to get near the pet's food and food bowls. I would use them again.

We don’t have bugs anymore and that is a good sign. They are very thorough and professional. They would treat whatever I ask them to. They automatically treat the outside the house as per the contract but they ask if there is any area inside the house that needs to be treated and they do that at no extra charge.

Arrived on time; spent a lot of time. We did call back as still had ants 3 weeks later. They were great about coming back and re-spraying. Very young men working for them.

I feared I may have carpenter ants, so I called and Garret made an appointment to come out. He described in detail what would be needed to get rid of them. He was willing to work with my schedule, which was nice. He arrived on time and was very nice and professional. More importantly, he was able to determine that they were not carpenter ants but a less serious type, which saved me a lot of money! So he treated those accordingly and proceeded to change pesticides and spray the rest of the house for other pests. He was very knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend.

I have used several pest control companies over the past three years in an attempt to rid my home of sugar ants. I decided to take a chance on their service because of the price and scope of service. I was skeptical, because we had tried almost everything to get rid of the ants. They came out to the house did a through survey and asked a lot of questions. The tech explained what he was going to do and why. I was very impressed, but in the end dead ants was the only thing I cared about. The tech treated the outside perimeter of the house by the fence and then closer to my home. Once inside he hit every nook and cranny and even removed the light and electrical cover to get inside the walls. Once he finished he came in to go over the checklist and discuss what he had found. He explained that there was a six week cycle and that even after a week or two I might see some ants here and there ... after the third day, I haven't seen an ant and this is now a month out. I am so impressed with the service and results that I have decided to sign up for a year contract. I highly recommend this company for many reasons, but mostly because they did what they said they were going to do and they did it in a very professional manner.

In order to get the Angie's List price, you will end up signing up for a contractor to come out every 2 months. They got a sneaky little deal with the contract so I don't think the price was that great.

The serviceman was right on time, very friendly, and very informative about the entire service. I am amazed at how thorough the treatment was. I signed up for the special deal, and I couldn't be more happy with the results. The serviceman explained the types of product used very thoroughly, and was eager to answer any questions I might have. He also assured me that if there were any problems within the next 2 months, I could call and they would respond. When I first called the office, I only had to wait 2 days for an appointment. There has been no part of this service that was not handled with professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. I got a lot for what I paid; certainly much more than I expected. The serviceman also explained what the continuing service would be like should I choose to have it. He gave me his recommendations, but did not pressure me in any way to decide or sign up. I am quite impressed, and would highly recommend this service to anyone. I don't think you can go wrong with this company, and I do not say that lightly. I cannot comment on whether or not the service will work to exterminate the bugs until some time has passed, but I have full confidence it will. I could not imagine it not succeeding after this introductory offer. If you are thinking about pest control, it would be foolish not to consider this company. This has been an extremely good deal...too good to pass up! .

It was am awesome experience. I would like to use them again. Scheduling was perfect and they contacted me right away. They were able to come out a couple days after I had purchased the big deal. They were very personable and professional. The quality of the work was excellent.

He sprayed for bugs. We have had a return of the ants but we had had an ant problem when he came. We then put down ant bait and have not had a return of any bugs. The combination of the two, spray and bait, fixed all our problems and seams to have prevented any new ones.

Could not have been more pleased. I am having Jacob come back every other month. I am seriously thinking of using the weed removal service too. Very kind and friendly service. Very professional.

They were great, no problems. Everything went well. They were very, very good. Actually, I had to call them back once. They came right out and re-tried it again. Then I had no further problems. The price was a special for $79.

He and an associate treated along the back of our new house and along the north and south walls of the new house and around some new redwood decks we just built so we are protected against termites from the start. The cost was $368 plus tax and he said if we needed any additional treatment material, just give him a call. The treatment is safe for children and pets.

The young man who came was punctual, I had asked for early in the window as I had to be somewhere. He was dressed professionally and listened to the issues that I had. In addition to the preventative treatment that was indicated in the coupon, he treated for the roaches. He promised that if I see more after a month, that I should call and they will come back for a second treatment. I will definitely use them again.

The service was efficient, and generally of a high quality.

This was the 2nd visit (scheduled) for the provider. They had sent me a letter in mid December saying they were going to do this 2nd visit on the 24th, but they didn't show up until the 2nd. This was a bit frustrating - hopefully this was just due to the holidays and it isn't a sign of overall service. The delay in servicing makes it difficult to plan appropriately (cleaning up the kids toys in the back yard, scheduling play dates with the kids' friends, etc.
