The service went well. The technician explained thoroughly about what he was using and how he was using it. The treatment seemed to work and technician was very courteous. I had no issues with scheduling.

Garrett was prompt, friendly and professional. He obviously knows his business. The treatment was effective and we especially appreciated his promptness. I thought the price was very fair for the service delivered, and although we decided against buying a recurring service, his price for this was considerably less than quotes we got from others in town. I will definitely use Pest Defense Solutions again.

The exterminator was late for the appt.. He was very gracious and most apologetic, yet since he was under a time constraint, he hurried through the work. I had to have a second treatment as the literally hundreds of ants that had invaded my home had not entirely gone away. The numbers were fewer, yet still abundant. When I called for the second treatment, the scheduler qucikly set me up for a second appt. . This time the exterminator was much more thorough. He found ant colonies, treated them and I have only seen a few ants since. I would recommend them. Very responsive service -- polite and professional.

The pest control specialist sprayed a non-toxic spray made from dandelions throughout the house. He also sprayed 4' high and 6' wide around the perimeter of the structures, including eaves and he also used a spray around the perimeter of the property and inside the block wall vertical joints. I WITNESSED IMMEDIATE RESULTS AND THE KILLINGS HAVE CONTINUED OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS! I highly recommend PEST DEFENSE SOLUTIONS!

We have a house which is being remodeled, and it would be best to wait until the house is finished and get the service at a later date. The company was positive, they were professional, and they understood my situation.

Cameron arrived on time, he was very polite and professional. He first sprayed the outside then sprayed on the inside. His professionalism, the reasonable cost to sign a year contract, and because of their ability to work around my work schedule prompted me to hire them for further services. The year contract is different from other pest control companies. They will come out every two months, which I prefer over the monthly service. Six times a year is perfect and not a nuisance. I definitely would recommend this company to others.

Came on time, did the work efficiently and was done within about 30 minutes.

They were supposed to show between 12 & 2. I waited till 2:20 and called them up. They seemed to not know who I was when I called. I explained I had an appointment and they said they would call back. Around 3 pm they showed up and everything went fine from there.

He was careful not to spray out in the main part of the yard because we have praying mantises there and we don't want to kill those useful creatures.

The spraying was effectively performed, though there was pooling of liquid insecticide in my home in the laundry area exposed to foot traffic. The indoor volume of insecticide sprayed seemed excessive. I also specifically asked the firm for an assessment of a pigeon problem and advised ahead of time that they should be sure to bring a long ladder to enable the technician to get up on the roof to assess the problem fully. They assured me they would send a technician qualified to make such an assessment. The technician arrived with no ladder and said he did not need to get up on the roof. He said he would provide details to his superior and that the superior would get back to me the following Monday with a quote. I never heard back from them. Given that I called them ahead of the visit to coordinate this request, I give this firm a poor rating for professionalism and a zero for follow-through. I can not recommend them.

There is no smell; supposed to be safe for pets, children & plants. Lots of dead or dying cockroaches, spiders, caterpillars, but did NOT seem to get rid of grasshopper infestation. Came back a 2nd time within 30 days for no charge when I called to report there were still some cockroaches & spiders showing up dying or dead. Very professional; worked quickly & efficiently. I would use them again.

Both the agent I spoke with on the phone to schedule and the gentleman who came to the house were very professional and answered all my questions. I haven't seen any insects in the house since, but I didn't have a large problem inside initially. I did find many dead roaches outside and some black widows, which were the two pests causing me concern. So, I think it went very well. I signed up for their service plan. No complaints about the cost.

He was very prompt, something I am not accustomed to. Friendly and professional, explained everything he was doing and assured me the product was not harmful to my cat or dog. I had to call them a few days after the first visit, I was still finding mice and the cockroaches had not been killed. The company responded by coming back to my house and resprayed and put out mouse bait boxes which did not work and my dog was able to get to chewed-up. I called the company the following day as I was concerned the bait was poisonous and i was assured that my dog could not get to the bait inside the box. The company came back out a few days later and placed out regular old-fashioned wood traps, inside my house at 3 different locations and again no mice were caught. Since that last and final visit there has been an increase in mice in my backyard and I have not contacted the company again. I decided to buy my own cockroach traps at Walmart which are working better than what Pest Defense Solutions used. The company contacted me in early September wanting to arrange a spraying for September and I informed her, I do not remember her name, that I was still having mice problems and that I had had to buy traps at Walmart and I did not want to continue with their service. She then told me I had to pay a cancellation fee, I asked her how much that was and I was informed it was 6% of the remainder of my contract. I have reviewed my contract and am not finding any information about a cancellation fee. I received a phone call from one of the owners on Sept 16th, I was not home and he left a message. I called back as soon as I could on the 18th and had to leave a message as he was not in the office.

Punctual actually called a little early to see if okay to start a little early. Professional and good service. Told us about recurrent service but did not push it. Prompt email and call to schedule. Would definitely use again.

Everything went well. Scheduling was easy, they showed on time for the appointment, and they had an effective treatment. They did so well, in fact, that I continue to use their services on a monthly basis.

It was fine. I wasn't there when they sprayed. It was a rental property and they had just moved in. They haven’t had any complaints since then. He was very responsive and got it scheduled it quickly. They were very punctual.

DIFFICULTY SCHEDULING SERVICE DUE TO CUSTOMERS WORKING AT NITE AND SLEEPING DURING THE DAY. NO CONSIDERATION. MULTIPLE CALLS/VISITS. LACK OF FLEXIBILITY IN SCHEDULE .

He arrived in uniform and with a company marked truck, introduced himself and checked to see if his order was correct. He then reassured me the spray in the house was child and pet friendly. He did his job (inside and out) and we signed up for return visits every three months. I keep finding roach bodies in the garage, so he did a good job.

He was right on time and so pleasant. He explained everything, sprayed inside and out, found a black widows nest in the railroad ties. We set up a contract. If I could I would give him an A+

It went fine. The mouse was caught within 24 hours of traps being set. Problem is that $149 is a ridiculous amount of money for this service. if you have a mouse, go to the hardware store?For less than $10 buy 6 mouse traps. bait them with peanut butter., set them in the back of your cupboards. That's it. I feel stupid that I paid this amount of money for that service.

't see any ants after the spraying was done and was satisfied with the job.They sprayed all around the house and some places inside. I didn't have any problems with ants after the spraying and was really satisfied with the job.

I had an initial service done. The guy was quick and conducted in a professional manner. I will consider getting their recurring service.
