Description of Work: Description said 1 hour of service for swimming pool or hot tub. When appointment was made I explained there was a leak in my hot tub. When serviceman came out he found the leak in about 10 minutes, but said that he did not have the materials to fix it with him and that it would run $65.00 per hour to fix. Also, said that the ad was really not for hot tubs because they are hard to work on. Needless to say, I spent $39.00 for an estimate and nothing more.

Description of Work: 1. drained the pool and removed and replaced the in ground vinyl liner. 2. removed and replaced the sand filter. 3. pressure tested and fixed the main drain line. 4. replaced new main drain cover to meet code. 5. started up pool and balanced chemicals. 6. painted sidewalks and deck area. | |The job went excellent. We have worked with multiple pool companies over many years and Perfection Pools exceeded our expectations! I would not hire any one else. Miguel and his crew are the best!

Description of Work: I requested an estimate to replace damaged hoses and wires and for a quote for a replacement cover. I was never given a written quote, rather a quote of the top of his head. The quote was way to high for the work to be done and I was able to find a replacement cover on ebay for $100.00 less than I was quoted.

Description of Work: Called Miguel several times. He asked to put me on hold, asked to call me back. Never heard from him. Far from perfection. Sorry, customer service ZERO. Don't waste your time

Description of Work: Repace a pump for a huttub

Description of Work: They closed the pool for the season. He had three workers with him and this was an Angie's List special so the price was cheaper than his regular price, but this gave me a chance to try them out to see how they worked a job. They appeared to do did everything extremely fast and efficient, so only time will tell if everything was done correctly. When springtime rolls around and there are no broken pipes that had water in them, then the job was completed correctly.

Description of Work: We had them come out to look at some issues we were having with the pool. They were fantastic! They fixed several items that were not properly taken care of by our former pool company. We loved the service so much we had them close our pool this year and we will use them for all our pool needs in the future!

Description of Work: They came to clean filter and do maintenance. I asked them what they would charge to fix a leaky pipe. He would not just give the price, but said it would not be much. I also asked what they would charge to shut the pool down for winter. He said 200.00 and I owed it. They did it while they were here and now they have angies list deal for 150.00. I had already bought the angies deal for maintenance, so the hole thing cost me 300.00. That was too much!! | | |

Description of Work: Pool tile was replaced. They did a great job and we will definitely use them again as well as recommend them!!

Description of Work: We had a broken rope on our automatic cover that needed to be repaired. Miguel came out and assessed problem, gave quote and had repair lined up for the next day. Very professional and workers did a fantastic job. Miguel follows up and delivers customer service that is missing these days! Thanks!

Description of Work: Perfection Pools arrived as scheduled and cleaned my pool, added chemicals and made sure equipment was running. I brought many leaks to their attention. I still had four major leaks when they departed. One of which the owner operator said he'd have to order a part and that they would call later to schedule a repair appointment. I had communication problems with the 2 technicians who provided the service and only telephone communication with the proprietor. Over 5 weeks passed with nary a word. I should add that I've had the proprietor service my pool equipment for nearly 19 years and I couldn't be more disappointed and certainly will not be doing business with him again.

Description of Work: We have worked with Miguel and Perfection Pools & Plumbing for several years. After having difficulty with SEVERAL pool companies, we have found Perfection to be prompt, fair, to do what they say they'll do, and do it well. We trust the company and the employees who tend to our pool and deck.
