Description of Work: I had a leak in the roof which leaked into the garage which ruined the dry wall in the ceiling. Another company repaired the roof and in December this company repaired the garage. They were professional, arrived when they said they would and did a great job. I will use them in the future and Highly Recommend them to anyone that want a job done quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: The response to our flood damage was very good, the team as a whole was very good, professional and accommodating. They were slow in the repair and many days only sent one or two people to complete the job. I had to stay on top of things daily to get the services completed, spent much time coordinating the job.

Description of Work: Water damage from a over flowed bath tub in a upstairs bathroom. I could not ask for a better contractor, work was done expertly and quickly. They matched the drywall texture exactly, kept the construction site clean and orderly at all times. The initial clean up crew was very professional in their approach to the clean up and prep for the repair. I would highly recommend PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION, INC. for home repairs.

Description of Work: Dennis Casey was very professional. he came on time to begin an estimate on 17 May and promised to get back to me by the 21st. After numerous attempts, he told me on the 29th that as a result of a reorganization, they were out of the remodeling business. Paul Davis has done two restoration projects for me in the past and I had thought they were my contractor of choice.This was very disappointing for my wife and I.

+ -1 moreThe job included cabinet, countertop, appliance and sink replacement. It did not include the floor or any moving of walls. It didn’t change the shape - it was just replacing the existing structure. I called him and he came to look at the job. He was supposed to send me a bid but has never turned in an estimate. I never bothered to call back either. I had no problems getting a hold of him. I don’t think it was professional of him to not revert to me. The interaction was fine though. I would not use him in the future.

First, it took 2 days for their representative to call me back, then they sent not one, but two people out to our home. One to estimate repairs for the ceiling drywall and one to look at mold remediation. I have not (almost one month later) received a single estimate either by phone or email and no follow-up. When I told them I was not going to be billing the repairs to my homeowner's insurance, they seemed to lose interest in my job.
Description of Work: I called them for an estimate for repairs on our ceiling which was damaged when our roof leaked.

+ -1 moreTheir work was perfect, fantastic, and I was very pleased with it. For the work they did, I think it was reasonable. All the workmen and foreman were excellent to work with and very helpful.
Description of Work: He remodeled the bathroom. They had to tear out walls in the bathroom and in a couple bedrooms because of water damage. They tore out the flooring and then came in after it had been tested for mold. They put the walls back up and repaired other areas of the home.

+ -1 moreRobert McLean was very knowledgeable, prompt and curtious. He identified the cause of the leak and referred me to another provider.
Description of Work: Called this builder as I thought a leak had something to do with my homes foundation. Robert came the next day at the time arranged. He determined it was most likely a roof leak and came in and checked the walls for moisture and found the problem area. He recommended a roofer to do the repair. Robert also explained how the roof could be dried out and a potential problem with mold. There was no charge for his services.

The people employed by the company were excellent. The stucco repair work done by a subcontractor was unreliable and sloppy. He had to be called back for substandard work three times. Subcontractor missed several days of work causing further hardship to a stressful situation;house fire and subsequent repair.
Description of Work: Repaired fire damage to interior of house. Re-stuccoed the fireplace, which was the source of the fire. Repainted the entire interior of the house and selected portions of the exterior.
