Oxi Fresh of Albuquerque Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: I called oxifresh and painlessly scheduled the appointment, even rescheduled when a doc appointment conflicted. The service tech arrived on time, was very courteous, and cleaned the 2 rooms from the coupon plus two extra (for an additional charge). The house took a few hours to dry and had a slight odor for the next day but it looks great and my baby and cats didn't suffer from the product.

Description of Work: I will start of by saying that this service was on a light colored Berber carpet. We had never used the "Green" carpet cleaning services before. I can happily say that we will be using them again. This cleaning process uses far less water which of course translates to way less drying time. This also led into a reduced time involved. Less time on their part means less time you will be waiting for the job yourself. We are very happy with the results thus far. We had some ugly tea spots on the Berber carpet, in front of 1 couch and also some dark spots about 2 feet from our TV. Those had come back after the previous carpet cleaning. It has been 2 months now and none of these stains have come back through. Needless to say, we WILL be calling this company back for our carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: the original date was set for 9/26 however I rcvd a call stating the person that was to do the carpets had a family emergency, so they tried to fit me in, but I was able to work with them and sked for the date of 9/28, however, I disagreed with the pricing, because it didn't state in the coupon...its like "they worked it in" but because of the inconvience I was given the said pricing. The cleaning was good however, it left my carpets "crunchy"....I had to call the person several times who called me to finally finalize the job (which I shouldn't have)...I well be better "schooled" next time before buying coupons.

Description of Work: Ashley called promptly when she knew she would be delayed and showed up when she said she would. I explained which carpet areas needed to be cleaned and she immediately got to work and did a great job of making the carpets look like new. The service was as advertised.

Description of Work: We took advantage of an Angie's List special to have 2 rooms of carpet cleaned, then had the technician come back to clean 2 more rooms of carpet a few days later.. We liked his process, tho we don't remember the name of it. The technician was very helpful, explained everything to us, and was very friendly. We were very happy with the service. The only problem we had was with the scheduling in their office, because they tried to tack on a charge that was not specified in the Angie's List ad. The owner/manager of the business got on the phone and disallowed that charge, so that worked out in the end. (That's the only reason we gave "Professionalism" a "B", above.) Everything else worked out great.

Description of Work: The worker was running a little late, but called to let me know. He treated spots on the carpet, then cleaned it, then raked it. It left a nice appearance, and was quite dry the next morning.
