At first we were told that they Angie's list deal would not apply, due to the size of the room we wanted cleaned. It did not, however, exceed the total number of square feet that was included in the deal. I contacted Angie's list for assistance, and you were helpful in reaching out to the company for clarification. After we contacted them again, they came out and did the job without hestitation, and did a great job.

It was done quickly and professionally. The carpets looked wonderful after the cleaning was done and they only took about 1 hour to dry. Highly recommended!

We bought the Angies List deal to have the carpets cleaned in 2 rooms, plus we added their urine stain/odor remover (~$35) to one room where our cat had been peeing. The technician was punctual and finished the whole job in about an hour. I didn't love the smell of the urine eliminator (it smelled like an apple cleaning solution), but after a couple days it went away and we couldn't smell the urine anymore unless we literally stuck our noses down into the carpet, and even then it was faint. Now, to be fair, I had spent many many hours using my new Bissell Yikes Compact Carpet Cleaner and the whole line of Bissell Eww cat urine products, all around the perimeter of the room where she had peed, prior to the professional cleaning, but still, I was very pleased with the results. I can't tell you how badly that room smelled beforehand, but the combination of the Bissell pre-treating and the Oxi Fresh job seems to have pretty much elimated the smell, and for anyone who has had any experience with cat urine - you know how difficult it is to get rid of!

Tobias came and was on time and very professional. He explained the carpet cleaning process his company uses and began his work. He was friendly and put up with my dogs!

This is a family owned and operated business working hard to succeed through good service and an environmentally sensitive product. We used an intro-price deal. The young woman who did the cleaning came up from Albuquerque just to do our carpet--another company probably would have postponed until they had another client in Santa Fe to warrant the drive, but they honored the appointment, were very efficient and friendly. Both carpets were stain free. The areas where they were spotted for stains took longer to dry than anticipated, so don't plan on using the carpet for at least 6-7 hours if you have many stains. Other areas dried within 2 hours.

It was fantastic. They cleaned carpets that we thought we were going to have to pull out, but they made them look new. This was our second time to use them and we are very happy with their work. They are punctual and they are willing to go the extra mile to do what it takes to get your carpets clean.

Called for an appointment and they came the next day. Arrived promptly at scheduled time. One room had a twenty year old stain from spilled orange soda. Other carpet cleaners could not remove stain. This company did! Although they said the carpet would be dry in one to two hours, it did take a little longer but the job was well done.
