If, however, the unit fails within our warranty period rest assured that you will be refunded in full and - if you choose - use that refund toward the cost of a new opener that can range from $350-$600 installed. They came our right around the next day that we had called and did a good job on our garage door. I felt that their price was kind of high.

Called on Saturday. They offered to come out immediately but let me know we could save cost by waiting until Monday. Showed up promptly on Monday morning, called ahead to let us know precisely when they would arrive. Replaced broken spring and then made significant adjustments to alignment of side guide rails. Final price came in lower than original phone estimate.
